I was just overwhelmed with the chocolate at Panache. The truffles were so delicious and the different flavors available are really something else. I also love the desserts and coffee drinks but also now they have mixed cocktails the place is even better. Such great service and, in my opinion, one of Kansas City's finest pastry chefs on site. The owner is always so nice! Her and her staff are always open to a friendly talk and offer up advise on the latest delicious treats. We ordered an ice cream to go with our chocolate dish and it inspired her to try a new presentation. It.was.amazing! Always a wonderful visit!

Nice location with an upscale atmosphere. I arrived on a weekday morning while they were filling a large order. It was a little chaotic but they were very friendly and helpful. You can't order individual truffles to go or make your own assortment. They have prepackaged truffles or caramels. The chocolate is very tasty. I did order a cappuccino and it was more of a latte but still tasted good.
Unbelievably wonderful chocolate - best ever! Heavenly. Favorites include the addictive chocolate covered flakes (I was surprised how good they were) and for me, nothing beats the chocolate covered oreos. They make the perfect gift - and I've even taken them out of town. I always say to take it slow, but they disappear! Love the store and relaxing design, love the people with smiles and kindness, love the products. Just feels good to walk in and relax in a beautiful place, and enjoy.
I absolutely adore Panache. They have the best customer service and an array of delicious lattes. Their homemade ice cream is the best in town. Do not miss an opportunity to relax in this beautiful environment and taste their delightful menu.
The ambience was lovely! Just walking in makes you feel luxurious and delectable, just like the chocolates! The customer service was phenomenal (Alex is a treasure!!!).
Truly one of the finer establishments I have been to, in both quality and hospitality/service. Whenever I go in everyone is very friendly and warm making it super easy to have conversations with. They are veterans when it comes to chocolates and make the best chocolates I have tasted. Not only are their chocolates top tier, the drink menu is phenomenal as well. The hot chocolate was excellent for the winter season. Very rarely can I go, but when I do it is easily the highlight of my day!
The chocolate was excellent. I really wish you could have bought individual chocolates like a traditional shop that way you could try several flavors without buying so many.
Don't get me wrong it was good chocolate and they have coffee as well which was nice.
Went to get chocolate for my grandmother the young lady working was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available. After I had completed my purchase she gave me a few extra pieces of tissue paper for packing up so that chocolates would arrive safely via mail to NY. This will be my new stop for chocolate

The chocolate is sooo smooth. We happened to stop by to grab some chocolate popcorn for some friends. Luckily we were able to grab some even though it’s just after the holidays. They make everything extremely fresh so a lot of things need to be called in ahead of time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and clearly take pride in what they do. So excited to try the champagne truffles we also got!
