My favorite hotel restaurant! Food is always spot on, fresh, and so good! I always order the flank steak and everything is always perfect! I've never had a bad lunch or dinner here. Now breakfast...well, in addition to the standard hotel fare, there's also a sudo-Starbucks on site (frappe mixes and coffee, not a full service starbucks)
Very small bar. But the food was really good. Seems to be understaffed but that happens a lot nowadays.
The bartender was doing a fantastic job of providing the best service. Even if they are short handed I would still go back if this bartender is there.
Only getting people who stay in the hotel and don't make the effort to go somewhere else. Food is fine (limited menu) and the one person covering the bar and the dining room does a good job keeping up.
Pretty standard bar/hotel bar atmosphere.
Bacon cheeseburger and fries were 4/5 pretty standard good bar food. Wasn't dissapointed. Easy place to swing in when staying here
My first time trying Asado Urban Grill after passing it many times:
Ordered two Asado Burgers with fries for takeout, which were juicy and cooked medium done just as I ordered. Delicious!
Food is a little pricey, but good food isn't cheap. That being said, wether you're staying at the Hilton or staying somewhere close by, I'd say give the place a try! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, decent selection of drinks, and great food!
Restaurant and bar was busy. Not enough service staff on during the time of my visit for dinner.
Jessi was a phenomenal server. Kind and accommodating. Checked in on how I liked my vegetarian meal. Made sure everyone was satisfied and was very personable and considerate. 10/10 service.

The food is great! But the service is horrible. I suggest the KC loin steak a little pricey for the cut but absolutely amazing! Order it medium. If they just get their service good (ordered a peach cobbler but it’s taking longer than the steak) they maybe be a 4 or 5 star restaurant. But being part of a restaurant inside Hilton hotels they can do better. Provided feedback to manager bought the meal so Channing review to a four star. At least they care enough to improve and they do care. Maybe I was just here in a bad night. But do order the KC loin steak!

Part of the Hilton KC Airport location. Great service and food everytime we come through. Definitely recommend staying here and dining!!
