This location has a self-ordering kiosk, which allows you to peruse all of the food/beverage offerings and select the one you like best. There was a long line when I went, so don't order here expecting to be able to "grab-and-go." If you have 15-20 minutes before your next engagement, that should be plenty of time to order a doughnut, sandwich, or beverage from here. I found both the staff and other customers were friendly and helpful in assisting me with navigating the digital kiosk and lines.

Conveniently located Dunkin’ for travelers and terminal guests here at JFK’s Terminal 4 Prices are higher here than at sidewalk Dunkins, but it is an airport, so what can one expect For context, as of 12/3/2023 a large hot coffee with no flavor added cost $3.89 plus tax. To add in flavor, it cost an approximate extra $1 plus tax But other than that, the coffee was made as expected, but beware that this location does not do business with “Dunkin’ Rewards”
