Best burger King I have ever been to. I had the greatest experience any one could have I went back the next day and was another unforgettable experience
I will be a regular when in Jacksonville Alabama.
Update #2: I have returned multiple times to BK and each time they have delivered almost flawlessly. Wait times are still a little long but vast improvements! Thank you for caring enough to reach out to your customers! Food had been hot every time! Actually had to wait to eat my fries yesterday.
Update: The manager contacted me privately and we spoke about what happened. Very nice. Apologized about experience & will make it right! Changed to a 3 star because it's a sign of a great manager to reach out like that to a customer. If BK can continue to improve, I'll change to 5 star! #happier
I'm so done this BK! I've given them two years of chances to get ONE order correct. Then they don't want to make it right when it's wrong. Gave me a bogus number to the manager. Calling corporate first thing!
Stopped by the Burger King in Jackson, Al to grab a quick bite on way home after being in orange beach for 2 days helping clean out friends house from Hurricane Sally Damage . Outside lane speakers apparently wasn’t working as 3 others went thru inside lane and we had a U-haul trailer and couldn’t fit in the inside lane. Pulled to first window to place our order. I was expecting a rude response since we probably messed up the order the food was gonna come out. Staff was extremely nice and respectful. Received our order at second window where the lady working window was also very nice and respectful and we were on our way. Whoppers were excellent! The evening shift around 8pm on 9-19-2020 y’all were great. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to at my local Burger King in Northport , Al.
I went yesterday, and I will have to say kudos to the management and staff. Destoni (the cashier who took my order) was very courteous and provided excellent customer service, with a smile. After she took my order, she put on gloves and helped in the kitchen because it was busy and personally made my sandwich. It was the freshest, most delicious perfectly made rodeo burger ever.🤠👍👍

I come from work every morning and always get the same old croissantwich meal and Jasmine always makes em for me hot and fresh. i visit so many times she even remembers my favorite jelly. Always appreciated and feels like i'm a satisfied customer every day :)
It's not gourmet, but it isn't meant to be. It's cheap and fairly quick and it tastes good for the price. I'm not going to pick apart the quality, because this obviously isn't the place to do that at. If you are super picky, stay away, and perhaps learn to cook your own food while you are at it. The employees are just people and don't treat you badly nor do they kiss your butt- which I really appreciate. They are naturally nice enough as people if you aren't rude and treat them as human. All in all, decent place, and cheap prices.
I got coupons through the mail so we went to use them and get four meals. Heck we didn't have to use my coupons, they had the whopper meals as a regular two whopper meals with fries and drinks for ten dollars. We got two of the deals. All four of us are a meal for 20.00! Big burgers too! Clean store. Not long waiting. And our food was hot. It was nice to eat out with two of my kids and my daughter's spouse.
