I grew up in Jacksonville and live in Oxford now, I love getting to visit this location because they always provide the friendliest customer service! The employees always seemed truly happy to meet any of my needs!

This location is the best. The staff is so friendly and cannot say enough about the best Cajun chicken biscuits. They are always hot and fresh. We will definitely continue to stop here when we are traveling from Texas to Fl. Thanks Bojangles staff!!

Ordered family holiday special. Restaurant did not provide napkins, plates, or utensils. Other than that I would have give 5 stars.

Ordered Family Meal from the app and was ready in 15 minutes. 20 pc chicken meal was fresh and delicious! Always sweet and helpful employees in Jacksonville Alabama!

I went on Valentines day. I had a lot of friends tell me how other restaurants failed miserably this day probably because the workers didn't want to be there. Bojangles staff and food was awesome. The staff was super friendly and the food was not only correct but also delicious. I love this restaurant and this particular location they always seem to be on point.
