The restaurant is always clean and the service if friendly and fast. Miss Nelda always makes sure the order is right and is so sweet. We always stop here for breakfast any time we pass through Jacksonville!

I'm updating to 5 star. The last couple visits were exceptional and I hope they do all they can to keep Nelda here as she is a primary reason. She always asks the right questions to insure your order is correct and gave me a very nice Military discount. My go to order is Double JR with no cheese and fries with no salt added. It's been perfect Whataburger every time. I must contain myself to keep from going almost daily.
I've gotta rate Whataburger! Nothing out of the ordinary but necessary - still a great order//still a great product that you can depend on every time to be really good is their vanilla shake! Almost every night when I get off work I'll drive through the Whataburger drive thru and order a large vanilla shake! It's rich, satisfying and cold and Whataburger vanilla is really easy to drink - definitely worth the price and lasts a long time! Great job Whataburger and keep up the great work - that southern bacon burger is right at the top, too!
They always have fresh and great food and the best customer service that I've ever seen every time I've been there at least!! They do get very busy during lunch time FYI! But they do run through it pretty fast! Enjoy their food is great fresh! 😊
Mushroom burger was huge and made fresh! Very delicious! Think my favorite :) drive through very fast. Friendly service ☺️
