Not that anyone was rude but to be honest I just didn't get the customer service I like to receive. To be fair I was a server/waitress for 15yrs. and my husband tells me my expectations of service are higher than most. Overall our needs we're met in a timely manner and the food came out pretty fast and was tasty. If the staff had been a little more friendly it would have made a big difference.
My food was really good and the waitress is really nice. My family and I had a great time.
This Chili's is great. It's our go-to for a meal out, everytime. We like being able to sit at the large bar where several of the bartenders have been there so long, they know us when we come in which is nice. The food is always good, beer is always cold. Can't complain!!
Good menu selection. Good place to go for a drink at bar. Wish they'd bring back some of the menu item combo options but food is always hot and fresh. Carryout experience is always good. Really polite and knowledgeable waiter.
I haven't been in the establishment for a while. This most recent visit was very nice. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it delicious 😋. Our wit staff was very nice and efficient. Will definitely return.
We came in for an early dinner. The steaks we ordered were good but our server forgot to bring out the chips and dip we requested with our drinks until we mentioned it when we recieved our steaks and then she brought the chips out about halfway through dinner... a little late but all in all the dinner was good.
