I love the service I get here, I come almost every Saturday so they always remember my order (: amazing burgers!!! The staff is great, would recommend this place to anyone!
These people are the best! Best burgers, best fried pies (ALL are fantastic) and the ONLY place I'd drive out of my way to eat!
The burgers and fried pies are so good! The hamburgers take a bit to come out but they're so worth it. The seasoned fries are my favorite

I ordered the beef brisket and the chocolate pecan fried pies and each of them were extremely tasty.
They have some combo deals that you can order to get drinks along with your fried pies.

Hamburgers made from brisket which is freshly ground daily? Yes, please! Seriously, what's better than brisket? A piping, hot brisket cheeseburger! The fries were nice & hot, too, & also freshly made from raw potatoes. To top it off, there are the many types of fried fruit pies which are...yep, you guessed it, made fresh daily. My husband got a chocolate cream fried pie which arrived hot & ooey gooey after we were done with our meal. It was a hot but delicious mess. I'm not a fan of straight chocolate, but I had to put my finger into it for a taste, & it was ah-may-zing because it tasted like chocolate fudge which was still cooling, but it was most likely made from chocolate fudge pudding, but, still, it tasted like chocolate fudge! I got the piña colada fried pie which was a combination of pineapple & coconut & also came all nice & hot. Next time, I want to try a peach fried pie. There are also savory fried pies which come in a combo with the sweet fried pies, & I'm definitely going to try that, too. Oh, & any fried pies which aren't sold by the end of the night are frozen, marked for sale, & accompanied by heating directions. Frozen fried pies can't be bought through the drive-thru; you need to come inside in order to purchase. The only downside to the whole experience is the greasy smell when you enter. When I got home, everything that we were wearing was put directly into the washing machine, & my hair needed to be washed, but it was definitely worth it for the yumminess served there!
Burgers and drinks were really good. My fries were a bit under cooked. Shakes are amazing.
Very friendly and prompt service. My burger was seasoned nicely and the butter bun was toasted. The fries are made in house. Not crispy, but good nonetheless. I had a pecan fried pie, crust was light and crunchy, the filling was plentiful and tasted like pecan pie. I let it sit too long and the crust with the most filling became a little soggy.
SO GOOD! The brisket for the B-B-Q pies is smoked everyday by the owner. I highly recommend it! The burgers are incredible. The meat is fresh ground on premises. The fries are fresh cut and seasoned to perfection. It's my favorite place in Jacksonville.
Good family restaurant the buger was really good and the fried pie was great they really have that down to eath hometown and homemade feel to them
