Came in to get some food. I had a mobile order to make it easier. Somehow, they managed to make a burrito instead of a bowl which I ordered. Went back and let management know. They fixed the problem and let me keep the burrito. Overall, 5 stars. Great customer service.
Shout out to Anthony, Jonathan, Kanarra, and the new manager guy. These guys are ON IT! Food is perfect, fast, super nice peeps, and this location is always clean. Best chipotle location in JAX.

It's usually empty when I go in, so it's so stressful! The people are usually nice and I seen an old classmate working here! Not 2 mention the food buss🖤😩✨️

Usually quick service. We love their shredded pork. They had a promotion going today so their app was overwhelmed. The store was busy so I'm sure the staff felt more stressed than usual. Not their best work.
