The one thing that I have to say about this Subway is that they're consistent. I always get a good quality sandwich every time I come here. This is the only Subway that I've ever visited since arriving in Jacksonville late last year.
I gave a 4-star rating because the prices go higher, and portions get smaller. The customer service is the same as well. Also, there's no canopy over the store showing who they are, I know that this negatively affects sales.
When I came in Stephanie was in here alone .. with a line about 5 ppl … when I say a beast !!!! Literally knocking her line done like it wasn’t nothing.. I have also came in numerous of times and she is also on point!!! And definitely needs a raise !!!!
Thank you Trina for providing great customer service...My tuna was perfect and shout out to the new cashier...She is definitely a ppl person...Subway should hire more ppl like you gals😊

Lance was very efficient in making our subs. We had 3 foot-longs and he had them made quickly and seemed to care that the meat and toppings were evenly distributed. Thanks. They’re super yummy.
Whenever they have choices of bread, ( We like Italian with cheese) we always leave smiling but then again , any day with a great sandwich from subway is a day to smile!
Come in and join the atmosphere at Subway it fast friendly and clean and we enjoy our guess so come and come see us at the 103 location hope to see you there
The young ladies were so friendly and efficient. Both had smiles on their faces when I walked in the door. You could tell they were genuine smiles, not fake. I went in around 8pm, the store was very clean. I love the service I received. The food was amazing. Good job young ladies.
Idk what the young lady's name was but she made the best sandwich I've had from Subway in years. I literally order the same thing and it was just great, service was exceptional and thx again wish I could give the young lady the recognition she deserves.

Feel terrible for the employees here who's manager thinks it's OK to work them with no ac in the middle of summer at 95°. That should be illegal. They all look like they're going to pass out from heat exhaustion
