First time I ordered online. Everything was perfect from what I ordered and tasted and the temperature was also on point. McDonald's has stepped up their game at this downtown Jacksonville location. Go guys, keep up the good work and great food!!!

Despite being downtown and the staff having to deal with homeless harassing them and customers, this McDonalds is always delicious. The staff is always friendly. I have gotten food from here numerous times and it’s always been warm and delicious

Location is in sketchy but good traffic area, hence getting authorization to use restroom. The service is good and the store is relatively clean. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant.

The location is great. No outdoor seating. Plenty of seating inside if they are not short staff the lobby is open from 7a-11p Monday through Friday. Drive thru from 530a-12a.

The food is always fresh. The parking lot needs some work. The inside was clean and the bathroom was clean. It just needs to be updated because it seems to be an older building. The cashier(tall black lady) was very nice.
