I had to change my previous review. These guys are usually on top of it, but this is what I got tonight. Like 4 shrimp in here. No mashed potatoes that I paid for and they didn't want to give me anything in place of my missing item. I'm a little disappointed. I understand running out of certain sides, thats cool and all but between this small amount of shrimp and no mashed I'm just trying to get full tonight.
The food is well prepared and delicious especially the chicken, shrimp and the fries. Their staff are well behaved and nice. Their business environment is very clean and friendly. A visit will convince you.
I had to wait 20 minutes in drive through, figure out a online promotion but, my food was fresh and hot.
The chicken was fresh!!! I made sure of that. Also the people that work there was Very nice! I will return
The food is really good but check your order before you leave. For some reason whenever I order the Mac n cheese, they always give me something else. Last time it was mashed potatoes.
If you want fresh fried chicken, make sure you come at certain times, otherwise you may end up with not too crispy fried chicken. Otherwise, food tasted great.
After reading all the negative reviews here I was hesitant to try this location but I decided to try it for myself. The place was a little busy but looked clean and the staff was super friendly and fast service. I would definitely return. Oh and the food was super hot and delicious.

I love love the manager and staff. Our youth football team came down to Jacksonville to play, when we stopped at Popeyes. We had over 20 boys who walked into this restaurant full of energy. When I tell you the manager and staff went above and beyond take care of our children. They did just that. We came back the following weekend, just because of excellent the service was, plus our boys could be boys. Ms. Anderson and her crew are true professionals. I recommend this Popeyes to anyone who have large groups, because her professionalism is by far the best.
Typical food for a Popeyes. Service was courteous and quick in my request for fresh nuggets was honored.
