Super crowded during lunch. Staff was quick moving and friendly. Large selection of dishes. Did not take long getting food to you. Had nice experience

Panda Express on Normandy boulevard in Jacksonville Florida the best service out of any of the Panda expresses that I've been to Maria the manager and Shayla one of the employees is awesome
It was really busy today and Liz did a great job at taking all the orders and keeping all the orders organized as they're waited for food to come up. The cashier tonight was very nice as well
We got there just before the lunch crowd and they didn't have much of a good selection of their main food entrees. It was ok not the best that we have had at a Panda Express location.
Food was great as always. Service seems like they lacked a cohesive system, which meant even one or two customers' orders were taking a very long time to complete, even though it's basically cafeteria style service with no real special orders. The order taker was also completing orders along with the designated person doing the same, except the order taker would routinely pass the other to obtain food from the beginning of the line. Wasted time and very inefficient. Would have appreciated more efficiency and getting out a little quicker. Will be back, Panda is always good.
Not as smooth. Took some time, they are still working on being efficient.
I always have a great experience with Panda Express, they have great customer service. I love their Teriyaki chicken.
I love love love Panda Express. This is me and my family place to go. We always have such a fun time when we come here😀😀 My twins just love the Chow Mein😂
The Panda is always clean in the restaurant area and bathroom. The food is always fresh, but sometimes it's not always fully stocked. I've had to wait for chow mein and shrimp a couple of times. I think that when they know it's gonna be a rush have your back up ready.
The staff is very nice and helpful 🙂 they don't mind going above and beyond and that's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back!
Placed a online pickup order and I Ordered orange chicken with rice and it was so good..
