Went to Starbucks for my bogo had a caramel apple spice frappe & a hot pumpkin spice latte. And for dessert pumpkin spice creme filled muffin, ummmmmm soooooo goooood....Both drinks prepared awesomely. Team members were on point. Busy afternoon. Team members kept up with the orders. The wait was not long at all. Considering. Store was spotless. Team members were friendly, courteous & quite happy. Only thing wrong. Men's restroom was well sanitized & incredibly clean. Restroom floors were spotless. Team members must wash your hands sign was up. Plenty of soap & bathroom tissue. Keep up the good work, Team starbucks!! Thanks for keeping it clean & comfortable.
This was my first time at this Starbucks! It’s a small location sitting off the Dunn Ave. When I decided to stop there was no one in the line. I placed my orders and drove to the window, she handed me my sandwich, and she began to had me my drink and she says “I’m so sorry I selected the wrong item for you so this is on us but here’s the drink you ordered” she was very nice, customer service A+
It’s Christmas Eve day - they have 3 workers on today! Be kind, be patient, if you can’t do that stay home! We went and got a cup and they said it’s a 30min wait for my coffee via drive through!

Great service! Both of the people working the night I went were super sweet to me and my friends and had fast service. The drinks were good and I especially loved the seasonal Pumpkin Spice drink I ordered for myself.
Stephen really came in clutch with the Apple shaken espresso today. I know it’s a limited time bev. But almost no Starbucks have it now and he hooked us up today. Greatly appreciated ✨
I'm just being honest. They're usually better than today. I got a frozen pineapple lemonade. It was my first try, and I'm not greatly impressed. Maybe it has just been one of those days.
Put in a mobile order, was told it was ready, and still sat at the window for 10 mins. No reason or excuses give just acknowledged my patience. Is this really the world we have come to expect from customer service based business? And where is the signage from the road? Unless you're a local, you will never see it.

Workers were so nice, there was a bit of a wait but there was ALOT of orders so a wait is expected. Overall very pleasant experience & my frappe was delicious
Not a bad experience only issue is they always ask for a tip even to just put coffee in a cup I can see where if they went out of their way but seriously tipping thing is overdone.
