First thing I noticed when I came in, the store was so clean. Next the wait in line was nearly nonexistent and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The food came out so fast I was sure it was gona be cold, it wasn't. It was so fresh and hot I had to hold my self back from eating it too fast. Best of all here is the customer cervice . Shout out to ms.c (caroline) she was so friendly and attentive I couldn't ask for better service. I will be coming back very often. 10/10 would and will recommend to everyone and anyone.
I had my meal to go. the location was clean the service was great very nice folks, food was quick and fresh... Best location I've been to in Jacksonville so far I have been to 6 locations
I came there in drive thru about 8:15am and order a biscuit , ice coffee and biscuits and gravy the two older women who took my order was soooooo sweet and nice my food was fresh and had all the correct condiments!!!! Those older women are the best and I will be returning

No reply from management and ice cream always down or out of chocolate. Never get to use app or promos. Morning biscuits never done always half baked and sausage burnt or hard. I'll just go across the street to McDonald's for a while. Let them get my daily business. Ruined my morning.
Great service and it was actually faster than I thought it was going to be. And still love that strawberry lemonade. Tonight took me back to my childhood with how fresh my food was and the service I received from the man at the register. Keep up the great work and the neighborhood will be back
