The staff is amazing. I'm not just saying that because I work. Our staff have really improve over the pass few months. If you ever come in I'll be the cashier with the smile on my face. I could use a sandwich rite about now. Lol
Got delivery for dinner. It was pretty tasty. I'll admit the first experience wasn't very good because things were stale and missing. I gave it another shot and this order was awesome. Everything was here that was supposed to be. I'm not a fan of the ranch though. The peppercorn ranch was a bit much and no option of plain ranch disappointing!

Love me some Firehouse. This location is usually pretty quick and never had any issues with my food (thankfully). The parking lot is kinda small and congested and hard to get in and out of at busy times.
Friendly service. Order was ready quickly and correctly. Tasty food. Wish they had their ice tea available even though it was close to closing.
27 years ago I ordered my first sub at Firehouse (the Italian). I've never ordered anything else.

I normally stop at another location near my house on the other side of town, but, I was really hungry the other night and stopped here..and I'm so glad I did!! Ya'll were really busy, and that parking lot is something else..but I was greeted quickly and kindly by the staff and my order was taken quickly by the young lady at the register. The line was super friendly and they worked seamlessly together. You could tell they were trying to get everyone's sandwiches made correctly, and they were communicating very well together to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. What a Great team!! I think the young man that ended up handing me my sandwich said his name was Chase ? He was very friendly, had a big smile and told me to have a great night! I have to tell you that lately, customer service skills has really gone downhill in the world, but the staff at this location has me thinking I may travel all the way out this way for my sandwiches from now on. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!!

Food has always been good and service has always been pleasant. We enjoy coming here and would recommend it to others.
Their subs are so tasty! My favorite is the turkey, bacon, ranch. The bread is really what ties it all together and separates Firehouse from the other sub shops. I’m not a big a fan of their app, it can be a bit glitchy, but the service is always wonderful. The parking lot at this location can be a bit sketchy though, it’s very tight and very busy.
They have the best sandwiches on the market, their people are always friendly, and they beat their competition for cleanliness and hygiene.
I ordered for curbside pick up through the app. My sub was ready and waiting for me. The meat, cheese and other ingredients were fresh and tasted good. The bread was a bit thick and chewy, in my opinion. I requested no mayonnaise, but they left out the mustard, as well. Love the pickle spear.
