I went to the drive thru during rush hour on my way to run errands. An hour later I discovered my Mediterranean dressing was missing. When I called to ask about getting replacement packets the manager apologized, took my information, and invited me to return for the missing dressing. By the time I arrived they had remade my entire order and it was waiting for me at the counter. All I wanted was some salad dressing and now I have two delicious house salads with extra dressing. That made my day! I Zaxby's!
I have always loved Zaxbys and this was the 1st time at this location.
They Said Hello as soon as I walked in took my order House Salad with no tomatoes and Everyone was Friendly and it was Clean

Great establishment! Very clean and organized inside! Pretty cool decor too! Food came out pretty fast and tasted delicious! Everything tasted fresh and hot! I'm so glad we stopped here to eat!
The food was delicious. I had the chicken bacon ranch fries and a funnel cake my children loved it.
Expect a wait time after placing the order. Food is always hot and delicious. Establishments are always clean and tidy. I love their fountain machine that offers so many different choices, making it my favorite beverage stop.
I usually dread coming to this Zaxby’s but not any more. I’m not sure when they got a new manager but I think his name is Michael and when I say this ship has turned around…I really mean it. The service was fast. The food was fresh. The staff were friendly. I mean I walked up to the register and he saw me coming and said, “You’re coming for fries, right?” I was shocked he remembered because I only came in once before to order about a month ago. I will surely return back to this Zaxby’s! I’ll also mention this was at 12 noon during lunch rush hour.
Zaxby's is usually a last choice for me as the chicken tender breading is always too salty.
No different today, but at least the entire meal was prepared properly, hot, fresh, and served promptly.

As someone from the Northeast I always like to hit up Zaxby's when I'm in the south. This location was okay. Person who took my order was friendly and the food came out quickly.

Very clean nice staff very quick service on the inside outside too but if a plan was to take place to get people out faster revenue can quadruple strategically.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they did not ask if I wanted sauce on my tenders. Therefore, I mainly wasted them, cause I'm not a tender water, I prefer traditional wings ONLY. Otherwise, my food was prepared as I requested, fried hard (YES) and my fries were good too. The tea can be a little stronger and sweeter... it's always kinda WEAK! I'm also not a big fan of their drink machines, too much carbonation and not enough flavor. I use to get the Very Best Fanta from them. Not anymore... the same at various locations.
