I love this McDonald's they're fast and friendly but you might lose me and my family as a customer because of the lady that has set up camp there always asking for money. I'm a nice guy and feel for the homeless and have bought her breakfast and lunch so far cause it breaks my heart. Unfortunately I feel she's been there long enough. Other than that best McDonald's in Jacksonville.
1 employee running payment window and food prep in the early morning. She still had a great attitude. Give that girl a raise. Went there in the afternoon when fully staffed. Employees were friendly and welcoming. They make the difference! Give them a raise too!!!
I’ve been on this earth for 33 years and have been a McDonald’s customer since I was about 5 years old. On August 18th I stopped and this McDonald’s shortly after 1pm and had by far the BEST experience I have ever received from this company. The staff was friendly and engaging and the food was made to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Thank you to all the staff and continue to shine!
Clean clean clean. Staff are on point at this location. Polite, professional and friendly. Very comfortable dining room with lots of seating options. Extremely clean bathrooms. Fresh food and perfectly salted fries as expected.
Randomly stopped at McDonald's for lunch after shopping. I just wanted nuggies and fries but the service was amazing. The lady that greeted us in the drive thru was so nice. She had a short convo and complimented my hair. We pulled up to recieve our food and their was a short wait for the QPC. The lady at the window brought the food out and made sure the order was right. You could say this is nothing special but it's rare to get great service in fast food these days. I appreciate it.
Hard working group of people . Short staff but doing their best. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Food was hot when received. Helpful on the drive thru
I drove to McDonald's for Breakfast Before I went to work at another restaurant! The only thing that I was mad about The female gave me unsweetened tea after I waited so long for her to get my drinks! She was busy talking to another girl, and their was a line of cars behind me! They need to stay focused on the job they are doing and not get side tracked in the morning talking when you have people waiting on them!
