I've ordered the "Sweet & Spicy" wings at a few locations with some less than anticipated results. Overall this location has been good, I would like to commend one employee in particular, Heather is an absolute gem. I have observed her on numerous occasions and her demeanor as well as her professionalism is an asset to this location as well as to the company image. Apparently she really cares about her job, and the customers. I've observed her completing orders, handling customer issues, and explaining menu options with efficiency. She's a keeper.
Far too often I am faced with bad customer service at fast food restaurants. Let me just say tonight was different. I was serviced by a young man named CJ. This was by far the most respectful and customer friendly young man I’ve encountered in this field in a long time. It’s so easy to call and complain about bad service. Tonight I could not allow this young man’s exceptional customer service skills to go unnoticed. I called and asked the MOD to give him a raise😌 Job well done, CJ! Keep up the good work. You’ll surely go places with your attitude.
Was greeted by Ms. Helen coming in the door. They make you feel welcomed while your there. Courteous and professional. The food was very fresh and delicious.
It is not much to look at and Popeyes service typically is what it is. Your not going to get a chick fil a experience and speed but it is Popeyes and this location does not disappoint. It is that same Popeyes chicken and sides that we all already love but is typically fresh due to this being a busier location so you get that delicious food at peak freshness. It can be costly but if you use the app you can still get this Southern Cajun classic at a reasonable price. That being said don't typically expect to just stroll on through and get a quick meal With great food comes great patience, so don't be surprised if you pay and are asked to pull forward or park in front of the door to wait a couple minutes or sit in a line waiting for your turn to step up the table.
I've been here before, but it has been a long while. The staff is new, friendly, efficient and they have speedy delivery, I went to drive-thru. Lots of thanks to the Mgr, drive-thru clerk and the packer of food! You guys ROCK!
The service was good and so was the food can't complain got in and out without a problem.

My husband and I went here August 15, 2023 at around 6:30-6:45pm. The food was really good, but I can't say enough good things about the crew working tonight. They were all very professional and friendly and patient.

Seems like there is new management or something because things seem to move a bit faster and a big improvement in the quality of food & service.
