Good food and friendly people. When we eat Chinese, we always order from here.
Pretty good food! I just would recommend putting more filling inside the wontons or ragoons. The general tso is a must have with shrimp fried rice.
Great Chinese!. We love this place and it is our go to Chinese restaurant in the area. There are some new menu items too that are outstanding. I had the Veggie Delight Soup and loved it - brown rice and tofu together - Yum!

I wonder... I really do.. When I read the negative review I immediately wondered if it was a bogus person from another Chinese Restaurant just trying to "diss" China Garden. It is our very favorite Chinese Restaurant whether eat in or carry out. We haven't had them deliver yet. The food is consistently wonderful, fresh and the servings are generous too! My 81 year old father loves it and he has always HATED any type of Asian food. He especially loves the Cream Cheese WonTons and the spring rolls. I love it that they now have brown rice as I'm a Weight Watcher and brown rice is a power food and it's hard to find it in most Chinese restaurants. I love their General Tao, their Sesame Chicken but they're a most often a treat, Their Broccoli Chicken though is VERY WW friendly or very reasonable in Calories. It is delicious! Chinese is one cuisine that I just am clueless how to cook, but I don't NEED to because China Garden is right up the road in the shopping plaza of Old St. Augustine and Hartley, Their egg drop soup is wonderful too. TRY this place before deciding against it!
Favorite Chinese food. For anyone who knows food they know true chinese is hard to find. this is american chinese food, as with most in the area.
prices are great, two combo's and two orders of crab ragoons for $21!!! that is a true value and enough to feed my wife and i for 2 meals.
it is an open air kitchen which is always very clean and tidy. the service is some of the best, very friendly. the dining room is simple but that is ok, i'm sure majority of the business is takeout/delivery. to the guy who complained about it: did you offer to spend your money making the dining room to your standards? it's not free... maybe for large chains but mom and pop's focus on food and eequipment.
i treat myself to china garden once a week and within the first three visits they have learned my name. i will continue to be a regular and hope everyone will try it and judge for themselves.

When I say mouth watering !! Like omg! This isn’t my first time eating here but this time I decided to try something different! I ordered fried chicken with broccoli, white rice and garlic sauce. Now I didn’t expect them to mix the fried chicken with the broccoli & garlic sauce but baby when I tell you that mixture was so good!! Omg !! I didn’t leave not one crumb lol .. who ever see this review please go order what I ordered !! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!
I eat here at least once a week and the food quality is always great, the cook does an awesome job. Got the Singapore cho mei fun tonight. It's 😋 yummy.

I ordered The Chicken Lo Mein noodles today and they were fantastic, not soggy at all which sadly I have come to expect from some places. Someone was upset that the owners family was eating in the lobby in a previous review. I say to that person, did u notice how small the location already was and only had two tables. They work hard for what they make is all that tells me about the owners and great opportunity to take a moment and get to know the people making your food. All this said the only con at the momemt is no delivery but thats not stopping me from gping back there for more of those fantastic Lo Mein noodles
Not the fanciest place by any means but the owners are super nice and their food is well prepared and very reasonably priced. I’ve eaten here numerous times.
They use real jumbo shrimp which taste great and the orange chicken wasn’t drenched in sauce, it was perfectly fried. Egg fu young was also good and not greasy. Everything tasted great.
The food here is excellent (for what it is) but the interior is dingy and run-down. The buffet is a good value but the selection is very limited. During the warmer months it's very hot (they leave the back door open) so generally the best way to enjoy China Garden is to do carry-out. Great food and good people. They always go the extra mile to make things right. When they got my order wrong, they refunded me and then still gave me the larger portions.
