First time visiting and we did take-out. The food was amazing, probably best Vietnamese in Jax. I had the chicken bahn mi, spring rolls and chicken/ grilled beef vermicelli noodles, which was a huge portion. We'll certainly be back for more.
They did it again, the food was top-notch!
The spring rolls have both shrimp and pork packed with fresh veggies.
We split the chicken Pad Thai and still had leftovers. Very generous portion.
We also had the Vietnamese style short ribs.
Everything was SO delicious. We got the vegetarian fried rice, vegetarian pho, and the vegetarian udon with tofu. The food came out quickly, the vegetables were super crisp and fresh, and the flavor was out of this world. I loved that they have little tins of chili oil right on the table to make everything as spicy as you want. Left with a bunch of leftovers that we can’t wait to eat later. Highly recommend!!
I got the Duck Bamboo Soup and Special Fried Rice. I tell you what they are both good. The fried rice ofc is well seasoned and everything blends in with each other. The duck soup had a healthy taste of boiled duck meat with veggies.
A friend and I went for the first time and it was absolutely fabulous. The waiter gave us suggestions that were great and the atmosphere was nice the food was nothing like we've ever had before. You must try and we will go back again!! Portions are large so you will have lunch the next day.
A great Vietnamese restaurant in the mandarin area! We usually go to Southside or beach blvd for good pho places, we figured to try Nudo and it was pretty good! Good food, good service (I think the owners were helping serving so they had great insight on the entrees), good prices, and service was fast!
The food was delicious and soo flavorful!! We ordered to go, and it was quick and fresh!!!
Very yummy vegetarian pho! I love how many veggies they use at this location. My go to meal when sick. Could be a little less salty but the umami flavor is delicious!!
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean restroom, easy parking.
Best Vietnamese coffee in town
Bun bo hue had decent broth, tender beef. Though, pork hock could have been thicker. Besides that, everything else was great.
Braised fish sauce was very flavorful. Its seasoning was spot on. It seemed like they cooked the dish on demand as the fish needed more cook time to get firmer and absorb more seasonings. If that's the case, they did a splendid job on the fish given that short amount of time.
Hands down, the winner is Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine. This place is amazing. We tried the traditional Banh mi. The bread was out of this world. The flavors were perfect. We also ordered Bun Dac Biet. The size of the bowl blow us away. It was huge. Again the flavors were in concert with each other. This is number 1 on my list of 904’s favorites. We also had the Che for dessert. Very delicious.
Very happy to have a great vietnamese restaurant on this side of town! I had the pork spring rolls and the pho with steak. All the ingredients were very fresh and served hot. For the pho the broth was very flavorful and the serving was very generous. The staff was attentive and very helpful. I will definitely be back!
