We always have great service and yummy food. The wait staff stays on point and always checks on us.
4th time going there since moving to Jacksonville 6 months ago. Foods always great staff are always nice...
The visit was great and was overpassed by the service. Busy fight night and the staff & crew took care of myself and everyone else with ease and efficiency. Would recommend 10 times out of 10. The food was delicious and hot and the beer was ice cold. 💯
It was good! I was pleasantly surprised by how good my burger was. It was a nice, chill environment. There was a 1-hour wait for our table on a Saturday night at 7:30 and we ended up being seated in like 45 minutes but just walked around the mall while we waited. Images are of Buffalo Wedge Salad, All-american Burger, and Barbeque Burger. The fries were hot and crispy!

My husband and I went here after a shopping trip around lunchtime since we were hungry and I never tried their food. We decided to get take out instead of staying in to eat since one of the seated customers was coughing a bit (we hope it was from the spicy wings!) and it was too hot to eat in the outdoor dining area. We got a huge order that included 20 boneless wings (5 spicy garlic, 5 Buffalo, 5 Thai curry, 5 original Buffalo), tater tots w/dry rub Buffalo, a well-done double burger, pepper steak wrap, and a potato wedge platter that totaled about $70 including the tip. We don't usually splurge on going out to eat, but we were on a date and we didn't want to cook when we got home.
We waited around 20-25 minutes, which we didn't mind since there were plenty of seats and the cashier/front desk girl Autumn was very meticulous with getting our order right.
The order was entirely correct and all the hot and cold sides were separate, plus the utensils/sauces came in a different bag that was sealed with a sticker. The food was delicious💫. My husband enjoyed ALL the flavors of the wings and they were cooked to perfection. My steak wrap had very soft meat and plenty of it, which was nice, but it did not taste like much since I didn't order any sauce on it (I have specific food allergies) - it met my expectations on quality. The burger was compact and flavorful. The meat was well-done like I asked. The only complaint that we would have is that the onion rings were extremely oily so we had to reheat them in the oven to dab off the extra oil and get them crispy again.
We ordered so much that we have food for the next day and a half since it doesn't take much to fill up our stomachs when the food is this tasty 😋

Wings are very good. They are fairly fast and the flavors we tryed are the dry rub lemon pepper and the Nashville, both were good. The bacon cheddar burger 🍔 was average, nothing special about it but it was big, I must say it had what a burger must have. 😋 . We should have order waffle fries... next time. Great place to enjoy the games and sport events with great food. In other words... you cannot go wrong if you come here to have a great time.
I have never had a bad experience at Dubs before and this location (first time) certainly did not let me down. The dining room was clean, the food was perfect and the service was for sure top notch. I will be certain to return here again. Thank you all for a great experience!
I love buffalos. The potato wedges are always fresh. Although the past couple of times I've come here the chicken wings were old and cold. I can't believe management is telling their employees to serve old wings. I work hard for my money and when I come to buffalos on my day off and I want to have a good meal after my work week I expect to have fresh food especially for $30. And both times I asked the server for fresh wings. I'll wait.
It got hot inside wished they had some fans or had it colder inside. Food was really good. Server was nice and did a wonderful job.
This place has huge TV's and a lot of them. The wait staff are very nice and helpful even when it is busy . So edit. I have started coming here a lot. The bartenders are amazing. The prices are not the best but the staff make up for it. Josh and Stacy are the two bartenders who are spectacular.
Our waitress Niki was absolutely amazing probably the best waitress/bartender we've had at this location. The food was fast and delicious and we never had to ask for a refill. She was on top of it!
Went there with my sister. We both ordered lunch. It was a little pricey. But we got great food and had wonderful service.
