I was here the other night and the manager Marcus, made sure all of my food was fresh and even compensated me for missing items on my order. Also great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Best Wendy’s in Jax.
I come here often whether for breakfast sandwich which I love the honey chicken biscuit especially when it's fresh or for lunch. I did get the $4 for 4. And right now they have the strawberry frosty. Very good I must say.
The young lady working the window was so very nice and had a friendly attitude and a great smile

Wendy's never fail to impress! That's exsplains why they're the official hamburger of the NCAA! Everytime I come here I just have to get a spicy and a single with a baked patato, sour cream and chives or a taco salad.. Either way it's going to be perfect! And of course there's nothing like ending a perfect meal with a soft chocolate frosty. On top of great customer service, Wendy's have the best fast food around! Come here for great chicken sandwiches or burgers, plenty of side options as well as drink options and generally a great lunch or dinner experience.
The service was very good. The atmosphere was great. But the food fries were cold, and the burgers were very bad. When I took a bite of the meat it tasted very bad, I started getting nauseous. The only I will come back for is the spicy and regular Nuggets because those are the best. And pls remodel the restaurant we are not in the 90s anymore
We got hot and fresh chicken nuggets, they were tasty.
The food is Wendy's..... but the service at this particular location was wonderful for me.
I will personally come back tomorrow because of thier service.
The staff was so nice when my mom and I went there during lunch hour. Surprisingly, we got our food really quick even though there was a line in the drive-thru. The building was pretty clean.
This location is so much better than just down the road at Baymeadows.
The service level is just night and day.
The folks at the window are always friendly. The food is hot.
Very nice staff, the manager took my order, she seems very happy and polite person.
Before I finish paying the food was ready!!!
