I had the you pick two, with the - now don't judge before you've tried it - roasted beet and quinoa citrus salad. I tell you I am not a health food nut, and this was FANTASTIC! I had the turkey chili with it, which has always always been a hit with me, and NEVER makes me think, "aww this tastes like not-hamburger.." It's GREAT! Of course the Panera itself always makes it, I love the environment and the fact that if I WANT to be bad there's always pastry, bagels, etc (the cinnamon crunch bagels are to die for!)
Good food, fresh. Mac and cheese took a long time to make, about ten min after the rest of the food came out. Very liquified when it was ready. Restaurant is clean. Service was good. Great drink options. Ample seating and parking. Good location.
Although it’s enjoyable to speak to someone at the counter, I really enjoy using the kiosk to order. This location had about 5 empty kiosk when I walked in and a good sized line at the front desk. I was able quickly pull up my account and process my order.
By the time I filled up my water, sat down and pulled out the laptop.. my order was delivered. The service here was great. Very friendly staff.
The food was also great. I decided to try something new, and it didn’t disappoint. It easy to try something new, when everything is fresh and delicious. Great job! Highly recommended!
I never think of Panera for lunch, partly because this branch is fairly well hidden - but we were walking past and decided to give it a go. The good was amazingly tasty - it does make me think to go back. Sandwich was great, though the bag of potato chips always seems a little underwhelming as a side. The flat bread pizza did not disappoint - larger that expected and very tasty. I do love the iced tea choices too!
This was My first visit to this location. A lot of the ingredients in our salads were not available; I am giving 5 stars because they handled things perfectly, the cashier who took our order was new so she wasn't completely familiar with what ingredients were available yet she was pleasant and helpful in her recommendations and Seth the manager made sure we were happy, our salads were customized with what they had at hand and they worked well as a team. They were pleasant and I will definitely be back. The store was clean and everything was delicious. Good Job!

There is some things that I really like about Panera, but their selection has really gone downhill on the bagels and what is offered. It seems like they're making everything in fewer quantities. So it makes it disappointing that I can't get what I want as it's out.
Just tried the Chicken Cordon Blue toasted baguette. Got it with my usual, cheddar broccoli soup. Soup has to wait until dinner because the half of baguette was so huge! Super tasty sandwich.
The food was amazing and very flavorful. I was extremely surprised both pizzas were delicious and crunchy. Will be back again.
We ordered croissants, bear claw and pecan pastry last Sunday at 10 am. The croissants and bear claw were excellent! The pecan pastry was ok.
We were served by a wonderful lady!
I frequent Panera's everywhere I travel and not all locations are as pleasant an experience as this one. The San Jose Panera is very well run, clean, with attentive and very friendly team members. We were there for several hours and the managing partner, Steve, was out in the lobby greeting guests, helping team members, wiping down tables, taking out trash, and making sure that the restaurant was running smooth. This is the way Panera ought to be... Big company quality with a personal, community Coffee House Cafe feel. I highly recommend this location
A good place to eat healthy and stay on top of your diet. The cashiers need to work on their friendliness. The people bringing out the food were very nice and courteous.
