Server was sweet/prompt and the food came out in a awesome timely fashion, & tasted good, nothing special...Their side cesar salad wasnt the best though. Translucent shredded lettuce; my fiance even said the salad looked old. Yikes Lol
Ruby Tuesday's is having their December promotion 3 for 1, which includes never ending salad bar, entree and dessert all for just $12.99. I knew I could not eat all of that food without being miserable so I chose to have a nice salad bar, took a couple of bites of my entree and put it in a to-go box and then finish dinner with the nice dessert, which was huge. PS the service was great.
Everything was delicious and fresh. Our waiter, Noah was attentive and pleasant. He made recommendations and kept us smiling. It was a great atmosphere with an awesome song line up.
The food was very good but the atmosphere is very off. The co-workers were having conversations in front of the customers which was not professional in that setting. Our waiter was very attentive and he was tipped for his service very well however, I believe that workers should be able to give customers and opportunity enjoy the meal without having to listen to conversations that is not work related.
The food is really good and cooked well. The presentation is pretty. The staff are friendly and smiling. I feel like this was a good choice for lunch. The service is on point and I have no complaints.
Neither me or my husband have ever been to Ruby Tuesday before. We got gift cards for Christmas and went last week. Everything was amazing! Drinks, appetizers, main course, atmosphere and our waitress was SO NICE and frequently checked on us. I wish I could remember what her name was, but we'll be back very soon! My husband got the salad bar and everything was good and tasted fresh. The atmosphere is so relaxing which we loved! My husband said they have the best ribs he's ever had. Their signature drink was my favorite but we tried a couple different drinks and they were all great! A totally wonderful experience and can't wait to go back again!
I travel to this particular location even though there two other restaurants much closer to me. My order is always correct hot and fresh. The manager has greeted me on several occasions with courtesy and really appreciated that i drive across town to purchase food from his location. the staff is always friendly and courteous. Will definitely continue to come here for food dine in or to go!
Good food in a comfortable atmosphere. The manager stopped by to ensure that everything was to our liking. He was personable, and took his time listening to & speaking with us. Haven't eaten at this location for a very long time, but I used to frequently and don't recall that ever happening.
Ruby Tuesday's is known for their affordable salad specials, their burgers, and their bar. This specific one had great service. Our waitress McKenzie have us great service and always seemed to know when to show up, she was also fun to talk to. The manager stopped by a few times to see how things were going and even happily got us some more napkins. Got what I paid for and a little extra.
I tried their steak salad with a few of my own changes. I removed the crunchy noodles changed the salad dressing to ranch. Added shredded cheese and french fries. The steak was cooked perfectly. 3 people asked me what I was eating. It was the bomb. Delicious. Going back to eat it again. Sorry I didn't take a picture. To busy eating.
