Burger was great, first time trying a “fast food burger” and I’m not disappointed. I had the bacon cheeseburger and will definitely be back! As for the fries, I’ll make sure to not order them loaded next time. I wasn’t a fan of all the condiments, but the potatoe itself was tasty!
I enjoyed every single bite of Rodeo burger green style with fried egg added. Bacon cheese burger was on point as well. Banana churro milkshake was delish. The ingredients they used were fresh. The employees we’re friendly and welcoming. Food was served super fast.
I visited Burger Fi while on an overnight trip to Jacksonville. There isn't a Burger Fi anywhere near where I live, so I look forward to Jacksonville visits so I can enjoy some excellent hamburgers. I had been a few times to the Riverside Avenue location, but this was my first time visiting the Big Island Drive location. Before, I had always built my own burger with toppings of my choosing. This time I decided to go with a specialty burger, the BBQ Rodeo Melt. It's a two-patty burger served on Texas toast with pepper jack cheese, haystack onions, jalapenos, and barbecue sauce. It was messy with lots of sauce and melted cheese, but it was delicious! I had fries along with it, and I really like the way Burger Fi does their fries: skins on, a delicate crunch, and a perfect potato flavor. The restaurant was clean and the counter service person friendly. They keep the place pretty cold, so I really enjoyed the outdoor patio seating. It's quality food in a comfortable setting.
Great little place. Food was yummy, would definitely go back for the specialty fries. Burgers an chicken tender aren't necessarily anything to rave about. It is order by kiosk and the back still got my husband's order wrong by adding jalapeños. We are super glad he caught it but still had the taste, so he didn't really eat it. We had the truffle specialty fries that were scrumptious.
I'm not a fan of 🍔 but wifey wanted to give this place a try. We ordered the Ultimate Double Bacon Cheeseburger (Angus beef) with 🍅, 🥬, 🥒, grilled onions, ketchup, mustard, Mayo, and jalapenos (our choices). The 🍔 was so big, that we asked if they'd cut it for us to share. We could have gotten this in the junior size. We also shared an order of their Colossal Onion Rings. Both were good, we'll be back.
What I didn't like, was that it was 6:12pm on a Friday evening when we visited and I could tell that the restroom hadn't been serviced.

10/10 hands down best burger of all time. I eat a lot of burgers and if you keep up with my reviews you’ll already know I’m GLUTEN FREE. Well burgerfi has a awesome Gluten Free Bun and amazing lettuce wrap. The fries actually speak to me spiritually. Ask for the urban style. Umama took care of all are questions and we were able to order promptly and the food came out hot an amazing.
The Beyond Burger and fries are good! I wish there were more GF vegan options here, though. There are so many companies selling a variety of vegan food, BurgerFi needs more for us vegans.
Ivan was a dream server. Great, positive energy. Well versed in the menu and the ways of the establishment. I will be returning to this location instead of others in Jax in hopes that i can get that kind of service again.
We just had the greatest hamburger experience at Burger 🍔 Fi in Jacksonville at the town center and it was all because of Ivan.
This guy was by far the nicest and most helpful person I’ve encountered in the food industry.

I tried The CEO (Wagyu) with Fresh-Cut Fries (Large) Cajun Style, and it was amazing! The restaurant was spotless, and a special shout-out to our server, Michael, for getting our order just right on the spot.
