Sid & Linda’s is the best seafood restaurant in Jacksonville. Hands down. It’s a hidden gem. The oysters are cold, sweet and delicious. The steamed shrimp are enormous and perfectly seasoned. The crab legs are amazing. The fried seafood and everything on their menu is great. It’s affordable. You get way more than you’re paying for. The service is outstanding. Wonderful family. Very attentive, friendly and hospitable. Love how casual and at home they make us feel. I am from Louisiana and know my seafood. Sid and Linda obviously do too. Became a regular after the first visit. Never disappoints!
Food was excellent!! Be sure to try the crab dip!! All the staff are great!! Helpful, fast and on point!! Make a point to get dessert even if it is to go. Today they had their coconut pineapple cake!! It was divine!!
My husband and i come here a lot, the food is delicious every time! The portions are big and always consistent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I work at a seafood restaurant myself and my husband will always choose Sid and Linda’s over my workplace hahah. if you’re thinking about trying them out, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Mom and pops showed me this place right b4 he passed and i swear his spirit still eats here with us! This place not only tastes like home but it is! Thank s to the wonderful staff and freshest fish for creating such a place to harbour such great memories with great meals!
I ordered a combo basket with clam strips and scollops and a grouper sandwich. The seafood was insanely fresh and delicious. The hushpuppies were so moist on the inside and super crispy on the outside. The whole meal is a 9.5 out of 10 for me (it would’ve been a 10 if the fries were different/better but it’s honestly not that big of a deal). Definitely go here if you have the chance - great food for a great price!
We happen to stumble across this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The owners and staff were super sweet. I observed a random act of kindness, which will keep us coming back!!! This was great to observe!!!! Their fair pricing and portions were a great bonus!!
Delicious and a regular place to visit. When the seafood cravings kick in this is the place to visit. Friendly staff and always go over and beyond. Definitely will visit again.
Great fresh seafood, homemade sauces and hushpuppies. We had trigger and grouper blacken. Oh and delicious shecrab soup
We made a pit stop here on the way to Disney and I’m so glad we did! Customer service was excellent and the food was so good! The garlic blackened shrimp was amazing!
Market side has good selection of fresh seafood and you can pick something for your meal in the restaurant. We had the special...grilled triggerfish and it was fresh and delicious. The plantains and hush puppies were so good. Love the food and the service in this family restaurant.
Super nice staff, and amazing food. Haven't been disappointed yet, and that's very rare after the 3rd or 4th time visiting. Would recommend if you're in the mood for good fresh seafood. It does come with a bit of a price tag, but you wouldn't order a T bone steak from the Dollar Tree would you...so in saying, you're gonna pay for quality, and Si and Linda's is money well spent
The seafood is great. Sid greeted us upon arrival and his staff are polite and courteous. The seafood are on display when you enter the establishment. I enjoyed the create your own basket with fried fish, shrimp, along with white rice and green beans. I will return to try other items on the menu. I recommend in the event you do not have time to call ahead as the food is prepared while you wait. In the event you have time sit down and enjoy.
