This taco bell is pretty snagging i kinds like the small diving area. Larger ones are nice, but with it having a busier drivethrue than walk in business, it's fair to say a well chosen lay-out. Which means they don't there research on local demographics shopping patterns etc etc kudos on operator that owns this location.
Food service customer service atmosphere flawless. Now im a mcdonalds freak don't get me wrong but granted this is a different genre of fat food all together..i would tie them both from my best of the best experiences and I've traveled around the whole country. So that speaks volumes.
Everything flawless why wouldn't any one not want to come here to have a quicky meal to bring home or to enjoy on the inside lobby and relax.
Lobby has been closed for apparently no reason for like two weeks straight. I think it's just workers being lazy. Wow, I guess it's just how they feel about everything. No hard workers aloud at all, no matter what. They don't want someone else who can actually work hard there. It's toomuch competition for the jobs they all take for granted.
They work hard to get your food. I love coming to this taco bell good location good people
Great place for dashers minimal wait. The few times I’ve ordered food here ZERO reaction. Of course it’s expected a possibility being a working restaurant but it was handled correctly where I had zero reaction. So thanks for being nice to dashers and helpful and for keeping food safe when I’ve ordered in the past !

This is my fast food place of choice in Jacksonville. Parking can be tight, so if you have a big truck it could be difficult finding a spot, especially when it's busy.
Most of the employees are friendly and even if they are in the middle of a task, they will say "be right with you," type things to acknowledge your presence. They always seem short staffed, so when it gets busy there can be a 15-20 minute wait for an order to come out, but I can at least see them all doing stuff, so I don't hold the wait times against them. They are also really good about remembering to put any sauce packets in the delivery orders.
The food is Taco Bell. It's probably pretty bad for you, it tastes good enough, and it's fairly inexpensive. I'd recommend eating it fast because cold Taco Bell doesn't taste nearly as good, and the texture gets all weird.
I like the employees here, so I think it's the best Taco Bell in Jacksonville. The one on North Marine Blvd. near the 258 turn off is pretty good too. In my opinion, It's worth the extra few minutes driving to either this Taco Bell or the N. Marine Blvd. one instead of going to the one by Walmart, or especially the one on Western Blvd.
Erin took our order & was exceptional ly kind. She cleaned all the tables & chairs while we ate. Lobby was clean food good & employees kind.

Hey all. I want to give a big thumbs up to this place. It’s the only Taco Bell I will go to in Jacksonville, NC because it’s worth the drive. The customer service is wonderful and the very few times a mistake has been made in my order they are not only quick to remedy it but they are apologetic. Most times they will also give you something extra for your troubles. I know most of them there and they are genuine. So when they talk to you they mean it. If they take the time to chit chat with you it’s because they actually care about you. In my opinion the service is top notch. The only complaint I have if it’s any is the fact that no Taco Bell is able to find a way for the tacos to not stick to the paper and I wish they would fill the taco salads to the top. But I’m not really complaining about that either because the food is prepped well and tastes fresh which is very important to me. I give this place 2 thumbs up and I ring of the bell! Keep up the good work guys and I’ll see you tomorrow!

Quick stop after a road trip and the guy working the window was the friendliest person . Talkative, kind, and just a pleasure. We didn't get his name but he certainly deserves kudos. The food was hot and delicious.
