My service from Kate was exceptional!! She had such a great attitude from the moment she took my order to the moment I pulled away after getting my food. She kept a big smile on her face and was super nice and accommodating for me, I wish all employees at Wendy’s were like Kate. She definitely made my day brighter, which never really happens at a Wendy’s.
This is the best Wendy's I have visited so far, when I took a bite of my burger it was burning hot. I love that. Usually when I get other burgers they are moderate or not. Even hot. I actually had to wait a couple minutes to eat it lol. The food and the service was great, it's the best Wendy's I've had so far!
The facility requires some serious updates/repairs. The food and service were good.
Now this is a "BAKED POTATO!" Not like the scraps that the location on Marine Blvd & Western gives out.

Tried the Ghost Pepper Ranch Spucy Chix sand. WascAWESOME! Just the right bite out of the Ghost Peppers. Crunchy Onions, over the top.
Needing to use the men's urinal after tea was all I needed. It had old pee in it, so I flushed it once before using it. What a disaster. That one flush left the tiny bowl running over like Niagara Falls. Old pee water ran on my shoes and, in trying to jump away from the deluge of the Grand Urine Falls , unfortunately I peed on the wall and floor. Thankfully, there was an in-floor drain where the river of strangers pee emptied into. Fortunately, I was not in need of the toilet, as what the outcome could have been of dookie water and logs flooding my pants was avoided. Be careful out there.
Everything was fine except it was warm in restaurant. Please have air conditioner fixed for your staff.
