Great place and Rob is the best manager ever! Only reason for 4 stars is I remembered they had the $5 wing special so I ordered it and the buffalo sauce was so extremely thick it was more sauce than chicken and disgusting. Instead of being dipped in a tub of sauce they need tossed in a bowl with light sauce in it to do a smooth even coat, not dripping thick sauce. I was literally drinking sauce even after using mad napkins to wipe it all off and because it was so thick the wings were super cold. Fries were cold this time too.... I ate it all anyway 😢

Everything was great! Played a late show in Wilmington and there wasn't anywhere to eat in the way back. I stopped at Arby's around 11 pm and the young man at the window was very nice, helpful and friendly. And... The food was great!!!! Thanks so much!!!
Fast and very friendly service. Awesome food! We love it here. There are a lot of choices on the menu and everything on it is great! Every kind of meat you can think of and its fresh, tastes awesome, hot, fast, friendly, and the best fast food around. It is very clean inside and decorated very pretty. Never once have had a problem with my order. 5 stars for sure.
I dropped one star off the food as my sandwich just had layers of roast beef, like you just took it out of a package, no fluff to it. But a little rearranging, and it was just as good as usual
Food is typical Arby's, service at the Western Blvd location is always amazing. Interior needs an update but we still enjoy our food.
The food was pretty good, and the service was amazing. The assistant manager here definitely needs a promotion, he was very outgoing and you don't see that in the restaurant industry anymore. I'll definitely be coming back.
The manager was so enthusiastic and kind. He made the experience worthwhile and i didn’t feel like a burden going through the drive thru
Everything was fine, drive thru wasn't busy so i got through quickly. French dip tasted great
As is with most drive thru restaurants there was no thank you for your patronage or purchase, They make me feel like they are doing me a favor and I should say thank you. I had to request a receipt and the cashier acted put out.
My husband and I got Arby's for lunch, and as we drove off we didn't even realize that something we ordered wasn't in the bag. Multiple staff ran about 50 yards after us while we were driving away back onto western to give us our forgotten item, and even included a free cookie because of it 11/10 👌👌👌
Very friendly and respectful staff. Even went as far as to run after my car because I drove off without something! Amazing service from the Arby's staff and always hot delicious food.
