I love Chili’s! The service is awesome, the servers are kind, and my food was ready very fast and it tasted amazing. I had the “3 for Me” where you choose a drink, an appetizer and an entree” for a very reasonable price. I chose a Mango Sweet tea, Caesar Salad and a Bacon Hamburger. I enjoyed my food so much and my server kindly offered me a to go cup for my tea which I loved. I will be coming back for sure.
My boyfriend and I come to this location all the time. It is the only restaurant in the area we ALWAYS have great experiences at. The food is always amazing and out quickly, the order is always correct, and both times we've had AJ as a waiter we've gone home to talk about how great he was. Always filling our drinks, making sure everything is great, and now we compare waiters everywhere to his service.
Good chicken enchilada soup. The chicken quesadilla was good. Salsa was not homemade like the picture shows. The chicken bacon avocado sandwich and the cajun chicken pasta was good, also.
Took my parents to Chili’s before they traveled back home. Atmosphere was good and our server was great. Only complaint is my mother got the chicken bacon avocado sandwich…it was still pink and rubbery. They were able to blacken the chicken instead and she liked it better that way. Our server also brought her out some fresh fries to eat while waiting on the sandwich. We loved that he did that! Also, we got charged for table entertainment but we don’t know what that was for? It was four adults and no kids. We were wondering if maybe that was for games but our server grabbed the tablet from another table when we were trying to pay.
Had a good experience at this Chili's the hostess was polite and attentive. The waiter was great also but seemed to be taking alot of orders because he got a drink wrong and order an extra of another but no big deal. He was polite and attentive as well. The food was as expected from a place like Chili's. Went here because it wasn't too busy and glad I did.
My husband and I were so incredibly impressed with the amazing staff and wonderful food! Our waitress was Destiny and she was very attentive. She took care of everything with such attention to detail. Destiny was personable and strives for perfection. The food was served fresh, hot and delicious! We will be back!
We ordered take out. Had large order which they had everything right! Packaged up neatly. Ready on time. Friendly staff.
Ribs were very dry and I would not recommend. Not a lot of seasoning on steak, but cooked just fine. Coleslaw was bland. Cheesecake is divine! Highly recommend leaving room for that!!
Beginning of our visit was not going well. We were ignored for quite a while-- until the bartender sent a waitress to us who was attending to the other side of the restaurant. Ms Sierra (I think that's how you spell it)---attended to us immediately, took our order and had our table of 5 served immediately. By far the BEST wait service I have ever had! I am typically a "Karen" --- but this young girl went above & beyond. If you get a chance to visit---PLEASE be sure to ask for her section. She was stellar at her job and truly cares about her guests!! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Keep up the hard work!
This Chili's made up for my previous horrible Chili's experience I had in Charlotte. We were seated immediately, offered chips and salsa, the staff was attentive and friendly, our food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained. Overall, very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this chili's if you're in the mood!
I come here pretty often which is surprising I’ve never left a review on the place. I’ve eaten a ton of menu items here and love the bar. Here’s a pic of a HOUSE of a burger I found in my camera roll (it was delicious). Always a go to spot, I felt god in this chili’s.
