All you can eat pizza for a great price! Great for the whole family! Staff is always friendly, I love the manager! She runs a tight ship, facility is always clean!
Clean place and great food. Staff were quick and helpful if you wanted to request something not out. They also went out of their way to ask rather than just wait.
The food is five stars for a pizza buffet.
The service was warm and welcoming.
The food on the buffet was good and fresh. They have a decently sized selection of pizzas to choose from. They even have vegetarian styles available to eat. If they don't have a pizza out that you like then you can ask them to make one. They also have a small area of noodles and pasta sauce. There is a decent salad bar here as well.
They also can make you pizzas to carry out, how you want it made; but that is at a different price. Cici's even has other things that you can order for additional costs like wings and other items.
The store was clean and there is plenty of seats.
It’s a pizza buffet chain- the pizza isn’t the best. But they prepared it really well, the pizza was fresh and they checked in to make sure the pizzas we were looking for were on the line. We requested a Mac-n-cheese pizza and it was out in less than 10 minutes.
The staff was lovely. Everyone was nice and the restaurant was clean.
An all-you-can-eat pizza buffet that still manages to keep it going. Even after all of the previous COVID restrictions and current outbreaks, glad this pizza place is still here and apparently going strong. Some things have changed over the past 3 or 4 years but still makes many great & tasty pies.
Didn't catch his name, the guy behind the counter, good to me and was sitting close enough to hear his interactions with customers he was 👍 he seemed to actually enjoy making people happy. Don't know his pay rate but the care he showed would get him great tips in a full restaurant if food service is what he enjoys. 9/27/2023. Thank you young man.
I've been eating here since pre-covid and I have to say their GM keeps this restaurant on point. Customer service is always great, it's always clean, the food is always fresh, and they never mind throwing what you want to eat in the oven when you're ordering a pizza off the buffet. For a while, I was pregnant and could only stomach the cheesy Alfredo pizza, and they definitely kept me fed the first trimester of my pregnancy 🙃 😅
I would have given them five stars but I do not like the fact that they purposely do not have water other than bottled water. I am not a soda drinker and did not care to buy their bottled water. I do not think bottled water should be forced upon you just because they've chosen not to have water in their restaurant.
Everyone was friendly, including the owner. He even asked how we were enjoying the food and if everything was to our liking. We vo every time we're in Jacksonville
Great value for your money! Unlimited pizza pasta and salad for $7.99. You can have them make a personal pizza or a special pizza for the bar and it’s free , the STAFF were AMAZING great customer service clean restaurant and hot fresh food I couldn’t ask for more
