Ian and his staff are the best of the best. Outback may be a chain, but the Jackson location is what local business is all about. Fabulous food, incredible service, wonderful people. All of our experiences here have been perfect and we've made life-long friends with the employees and other patrons. Their philanthropy and support of the community are top notch...and they have the best wings in town!
Ashley was an excellent server. Food was just as we ordered so kudos to the chef and grill master.
Great service. Bread killer. Cocktails excellent. Salad drenched in dressing. I've always loved outback I just need a little bit of tweak on that salad. I've probably been forced to comply with the general population's desire to ask for extra dressing versus following the chain recommendation.
Everything was right on. Steak was cut and cooked to perfection. Grilled Shrimp were well presented and evenly seasoned. The baked sweet potato and Cinnamon Honey butter are a match made in heaven. Temperatures were great. Waitresses were busied yet organized. Overall great curbside experience.

Well This was a Great Experience for my children and parents. We haven’t been out in public in a year almost due to Covid 19, I made seat reservation from Mississippi to Memphis on Union while we was out shopping. They did not get my number nor told me the time. We drove back hometown Jackson, TN location was awesome, text message time, great customer service, food phenomenal and my parents , children never been before and this my favorite spot in Nashville, TN with coworkers. It felt great to be with family and laugh while I’m on vacation. Thanks for Great Customer Services and tell that Cook from 1/2/2021 that Food was Awesome. Happy New Year.
Had a wonderful date night at this location. The service was exceptional and our steaks were cooked perfectly as we ordered them. Highly recommend this Outback location.
Outback's food quality has really fallen. I give 3 stars for food and 5 stars for service. We sat at the bar and our bar tender was Melissa. She was amazing! We ordered the booming onion. It was just as amazing as it always is. I ordered the outback burger. I was taken back when I saw how small the patty was. It looked legit like a McDonald's burger. I asked for medium rare but with a patty that small it came out well. I didn't complain or send it back. The presentation itself looked pathetic but I ate it anyway. 5 guys burger is way better. I was very disappointed. At least I know now only to go to outback for the blooming onion which is still 5 stars in my book.
The only restaurant in Jackson that has never... Not once... Messed up my order. Most pleasant dining experience on Jackson Tennessee. I go here at least twice a month♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ love my Outback. Best staff ever! Food cooked to perfection everytime!
It was very nice no long wait for food. The young lady had on mask . Very nice
