Our waiter was the best! Our service was the best and our food was cooked to perfection!!!!
The prosciutto pizza... drooool. Favorite restaurant in Jackson, for sure. The pecan pie is to die for, the wine selection is fantastic, and the rotating menu keeps things interesting.
This restaurant was such a great surprise! We discovered it only by chance. I had there one of the most tasty meals during my visit to the US.
Service was top and food too! Nothing to add. I would go again!
The atmosphere was fantastic. We sat outside and the weather was beautiful. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was hot and delicious and was served in a timely manner. Loved this place.
Great food. Great vibe. Great service. We had been at Yellowstone and Tetons all day and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice meal. We showed up in outdoorsy gear and were treated respectfully by staff and were given honest recommendations about the food. I had the risotto with scallops and my partner had the lamb pasta. Both exceptional with a glass (bottle :)) of white wine. The place is not pretentious and the food met my expectations. I would go here again. It was $170 for both people. We got an appetizer, two entrees and a bottle of wine.
Ordered an early dinner today and had the market fish which was the halibut with roasted squash and Brussels sprouts. It was delicious ! The top of the fish had a crispy and flavorful crust. Yummo! You must come to this place and try it !
We had our company party here and I was amazed! The food was absolutely delicious! We had shrimp, pizza, clams, the steak and winter squash risotto.
Definitely coming back here! Oh and you have to try the marshmallow chocolate dessert. If you are in Jackson this restaurant is a must!
We had a lovely dinner here - only misstep was ordering too much food but we had wanted to try so much. We ended up doing salad and pizza. Kale Caesar was delicious as was the mushroom+sausage pizza. Service was quick and kind. Def will be sending friends who visit Jackson Hole to eat here.
On a very busy dining night in Jackson, after finding long waits at several other restaurants, we were so relieved to find seating at the bar at Trio, which is a little bit off the main strip of restaurants on a quieter street. Our server, William C., could not have been more accommodating and welcoming, despite how busy he was, and the manager checked in on us as well. The carpaccio and sausage pizza were delicious, as were the two specials we ordered — best gazpacho we’ve EVER had, and a divine halibut special as well. Great cocktails too! If we are lucky enough to find our way back to Jackson we’ll return to Trio!
Service and food were wonderful. Only four stars because our steak was overly salty. In German we say that the cook must have been in love. The cocktails were also kind of watered down depending on the one you ordered. We loved watching everything be cooked in the stone oven over an open fire. The mussels were yummy, the scallops were to die for, the shishito peppers were also a delight and the steak was awesome minus the crazy amount of salt (and we adore finishing salt on our steak it just was a bit too much). Lovely! 4.5 stars!
Service, food, and atmosphere were all superb. Started with a BLT soup, which was tasty and unique. The escargot special was well-seasoned and plentiful. The elk steak was the headliner, and handily earned the top elk dish I had in Jackson. The dessert S'more brought everything together (and induced postprandial somnolence).
A double-booking glitch in the reservation system showed the true colors of Trio - which is to say, highly professional and patron-centered. I was immediately called and offered complimentary take-out, which I fortunately did not take advantage of because a table opened shortly after.
Excellent experience all around. Highly recommend.
Trio was the best bet in town for a pizza-providing joint taking reservations, and I'm glad we picked it for our weekly tradition. Pizza Friday led us to an excellent Roma pie for the non-diet-restricted; the lactose intolerant among us had a sausage-forward pie with Cabot Cheddar, naturally lactose free.
Side salads of arugula and kale caesar were plenty good, and a shared order of the pasta dish with rabbit satisfied all who were okay with the gaminess and visual of eating a bunny.
Our server was less than friendly, scoffed at our Cabot topped pie, and didn't inspire a gratuity beyond the automatic 18. Sorry we asked any questions. Hope you're having a better week by now.
