To me this is the best pizza around, speedy but very good. The issaquah location is pretty consistent with the Portland location that got me into flying pie..
We always try to come when visiting from So Oregon. It's the best this area has to offer. Salad bar always fresh and well maintained. Meaty pizza is awesome. Always a good IPA on tap.
Another excellent suggestion. I ordered the Combo #2 with the extra thick crust. The crust is crisp, flaky, and smoky flavored. There is good reason why their sausage is famous. The service was friendly. They had the order ready before promised.
Pizza is delicious...we find it's even better eating at the store and you're guaranteed a pizza. Have found when I call and place an order I get put on hold for a long time and if I call back they're no longer taking orders. Lunch is best time to eat there...
Overall a very good pizza. A little overpriced in my opinion especially with the build your own. All of the toppings are at least $5 each on top of the $15-22 base price. Ordered a basic New York Style cheese and next time, I'll have to try the extra thin crust because the NY style was definitely not NY style. But again, like the pizza and I'll pick Flying Pie over Zeeks anyday.

Revised review: I came back after about 6 months and it was night and day in terms of the quality of pizza. It was greasy but the crust wasn’t soggy and mushy it was as good as I remembered it being! I will be back!
Original Review. One star I eat at a lot or pizza places and this was always a favorite but I am not impressed with the direction this place has headed over the last 10 years. The interior is dark and outdated. I was handed a dirty plate with grease still on it. I had to wipe it off with my napkin before using it. The pizza itself is not what it used to be and in my honest opinion is no longer the best pizza in Issaquah! The pizza was so greasy it made the crust soggy. I was apalled to see the salad being pulled from a bin of water that had been sitting in the fridge straight into the salad bar. I honestly do not know how this place has an excellent food safety rating from king county because it doesn’t really seem like it should. This place is not what it once was and I do not currently recommend this place in my opinion.
