I’m not usually one to leave reviews on bad experiences but I go through Dunkin’s line almost every day and I like to try new things so I ended up ordering an order of hash browns and a coffee, when I get to work I look in the bag and there’s literally only like 6 hash browns in there. I just spent $6 on a small coffee and 6 hash browns….not to mention I couldn’t even eat all of them because they were burned and I could barely chew them. On a positive note, the lady who is at the drive through window every single day is so nice and sweet and works super hard (I wish I knew her name because I’d leave a great review for her.)
I never have a complaint coming to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. Even in the morning time, they are super friendly, my order is ALWAYS accurate and the nice lady at the window always looks for a reason to laugh. How can you complain about that?
The store is always clean, the service is always rapidfire, and the food always seems to be fresh.
My favorite Dunkin’. The line always goes very fast and my drinks are always good and pretty consistent. Food is always hot and delicious!
Clean and super fast service! They threw in lots of extras for free on our large box of coffee and doubled up our drink carrier to make it extra sturdy. If you’re at St. Francis this is the place to go!
Love the coffee but this location is alright the workers are kinda rude. They never get my orders right.
Love the avocado toast; the French vanilla latte (w/oatmilk) was excellent! Amazing staff!!
Not the best location but also no the worst! Most of your drinks will be too light like excessive creamer and less coffee. But on a good day they’ll have your lattes spot on! And once an employee actually covered my difference I bout cried! If he hadn’t it would be a 3 star get them lattes together please

There is a literal angel here. I came in 3 days after surgery with a strong strawberry craving, I was informed the strawberry refresher I wanted was not available. Now I'm not usually emotional but que tears, and this sweet woman went above and beyond to make me a strawberry drink with coconut milk and it was just what I needed. I cannot thank this woman enough for her kindness and compassion while dealing with what she probably felt was a crazy emotional woman was truly magic 🥰
