The best KFC I've been to in Indianapolis. Management and her employees are amazing and very patient and very happy people who you really just want to be around. Trust me when I say it's a pleasure to live near by this KFC!! You guys/gals are amazing!!!
We asked for spicey strips and cashier said they don't have them,but the customer that came in after us was asked if she wanted spicey chicken strips,

They are trying, I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order. They were out of some of the items I ordered, but substituted other items for those. Don't feel I got my money worth but the lady at the window was great and doing great at trying! P.S. the lot needs some repairs, deep holes. Will definitely be back to see how good it can be after this Covid-19 stuff is over. Great Job ladies
They always have my mobile order chicken bucket ready on time even though I live just 2 or 3 minutes away

The food was very tasty and hot as always. However there was a long delay in ordering and a long delay in receiving what we ordered. And there were several people waiting in line that had not been serviced yet. If you're in a hurry never go to the store. Chyna was our cashier and she filled our order and then cashier it again. While others were standing around laughing and playing around what it look like to us.
Best costumer service ever received, foods amazing and this is definitely the kfc to go to if choosing
