Big portions, clean,and great service. Would definitely frequent this Taco Bell if we were in the area.
The workers are always so polite and the food is always fresh. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Right by my place of employment, this is my go to for lunch when I need something fast and good. The steak power bowls are amazing.
The food was good. I really don't have anything bad to say about Taco Bell food. The service was fine. They had a new employee watching training videos in the dining room. She had to turn it up pretty loud and it was distracting and having her train in a loud area surrounded by people didn't seem fair to her. Not a bad experience though. I'd definitely go back.
When we got there it was SLAMMED. So many people. They were short staffed on top of it. But they worked so hard and really put in an amazing effort. I wish more places had staff that tried this hard.
Took awhile to place my order due to them taking drive thru orders first. But cheap menu items are the best and therefore I will be back for sure!
Ordered taco party pack and meat it lacked. Seriously, a teaspoon size portion of beef in a taco! Asked for mild sauce and got 4 packets, hence 12...tacos.

Went to the 'other taco bell' on Thompson..... Walked in to 6 employees not doing much, no one inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. One girl looked up from behind the counter as if I was am intrusion to ask me if we would order from the kiosk. We turned to start our order and I thought, NO! That's what they are working for. So instead of doing something so un-impersonable (which is a big reason this world is turning so bad), we chose to leave and go to this Taco Bell on Emerson. So glad we did! Walked in to a nice young man who greeted us at the counter with a smile and asked how we were doing and then proceeded to ask if he could take our order! Very, very nice! We placed our order, he gave us our cups to get our drinks, we sat down to a nice clean table. Within less than 5 minutes, our food was ready, hot, made perfect. The place was super clean. There was even a young lady who was cleaning the windows! The floors were clean. I used the facilities and even they were clean! It is nice to go into a restaurant and see that it is being ran like it's supposed to be. Not many out there like that any more. After finishing our meal, I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. A very nice lady came to the counter and asked how I was and how could she help me, with a big smile on her face. I proceed to tell her that she had a fabulous group of employees and a great store. Not many go out of their way to give a good review but far too many are ready to complain! I hope this continues and will spread to other establishments!
This is my favorite Taco Bell location. The staff is always super friendly, the food is always done in a timely manner, and they always make sure to stuff the burritos. Highly recommend coming here day or night
