I, like many others, ordered take out pizzas on Halloween. This Papa John's was run like a well-greased machine! Everyone had their job down pat, were extremely professional, and W♡W... the pizzas were hot and delicious, just like usual! There had to be 20 people waiting patiently... all smiles and I'm sure happy to be at that Papa John's! Kudos to the employees, managers, and general manager! I'm impressed!
Pizza was fine, they just seemed a tad disorganized and saw some frustrated faces who seemed like they’d been waiting a while when I just walked in and got mine instantly.
We have ordered several times since moving to the area last year and hands down the best Papa Johns we’ve ever tasted. I was never overly impressed by Papa Johns pizza until having this location’s food. Some reviews made during the worst of the pandemic may be a little unfair and maybe some reviewer’s expectations are way too high. Many businesses struggled to adjust to the challenges presented the last two years and yes of course prices are rising everywhere. After several quality orders I can definitively say this location does a great job and their drivers have been excellent and friendly too!
Placed a large order for a party for carryout. Service was friendly and exceptional from manager Jeremy and the employee, David, who rang me up and offered to help me carry the pizzas out to my car in the cold. Pizza was correct and hot! Love it!
this place is pretty good and fair. I put in a carryout order and i accidentally placed it for the wrong location and she ended up giving me 50% off! WOW thats awesome!! Cant really go with papa johns...its not my favorite pizza but its my favorite out of the top big chains.

Pizza was good but if you like a pizza with alot of toppings you will have to ask for extras. Very conservative on their toppings. For instance, you order green pepper you may see 6 small pieces on the whole pizza.
Would give 5 stars but the person didn’t say “my pleasure” after saying thank you. P.s. im even beginning to wonder if they made the real chicken sandwich!
This papa johns in Franklin twnship is just absolutely awesome pizzas always ready in a giffy hot an fresh out the oven an the cashiers have good customer service keep it up papa johns crew ur doing great
Austin is the best delivery driver so kind and very friendly my pizza was hot fresh and perfect all because of him 👍🏻
