I was an out of town visitor and I visited steak n shake...The service was excellent and also the food was very good...I would recommend this friendly atmosphere for all people !!
The food was great and our server, Vivian, was wonderful!! We went to lunch with our 3 yr old and my grandparents and she was talking to him, smiling, laughing and joking along with my grandmother. She definitely made us feel important and welcome.
Place is very clean, top notch staff and food is delicious!

I absolutely love this steak n shake! There is rarely a long line.. And I usually com on my lunch break which is fantastic. The food is made hot and fresh when you order it..but they have it down! And I order no onions everything and guess what..I've never gotten an onion... They have never forgotten to add my cheese cup or forget to ask if I want ketchup..oh and it's Heinz! They are also friendly and the customer service is to notch.. Another great Friday lunch!
Great service, very clean, good food! I also love that they brought back the chicken fingers 😋 the kids and I love them.
Unlike any Steak n Shake I've ever been to...in a really good way! Every time I come to this location I get quick and friendly service. The fries are always fresh and seasoned to perfection. Burgers are never too greasy. Keep it up!

Food was good as usual and fresh, but they were out of whip cream topping for the shakes.
I only use the drive up.. the gently taking the order is always polite and accurate. The food is fresh and hot..I don't know if this is new management but they are doing a fantastic job.
It was good but creeping because there's no servers and now you got to order on a kiosk and yeah it's just not the same
Manager greeted me, helped me get a correct order! Fast, correct and very friendly!
By far this is the BEST Steak n Shake location that I have been to in years! The service is always friendly, the place is always clean and the food is always fresh and delicious.
