I went in because the drive-thru line was long. The cashier was nice. The manager was upset because the person who was making the food kept messing up. Instead of helping complete orders, the cashier went to smoke. The manager was on her phone cursing because she's tired of being left with employees who don't know what they are doing. I finally got my order. It was correct and hot. She should have gone to the back where no one could hear her frustration.
I just have to give 5 stars! Ordered off Uber eats and my food came hot and fresh. Everything was made correctly. Great job!
I always go to this burger king. They fry everything just right no complaints at all

The fact that the truck delivers at 11:45 am
on Monday 8/28/23...blocks the drive thru for at least 45 min to unload...(at the height of lunch)...tells you all you need to know above this place. No one knows the store number or corporate number either 🤨
I work out of town. And this is by far one of the best and only restaurants I will eat at in the Indianapolis area I stay. I can not speak highly enough of the manager working that night. She was very helpful. I will get her name this coming week, so I can tell people. Food was great as always. Keep up the great work guys.
