The Friday night crew is AWESOME. Caitlyn is always so friendly at the register no matter how many people are in line or calling she is always so helpful! Nathan is a rock star! When they’re behind the counter I know our order will be 100%! Since Gina took over Friday nights I know that I can order earl in the day forget about it snd show up and it is spot on perfect every time! The whole gang is just a pleasure to see each time!!
I ordered an XL New York style sausage and a medium pepperoni. Both were made very fast, the service was friendly, and the pizzas were very well made. Great experience at this store overall!
I sometimes forget to put good reviews when deserved, but will butcher a business when they're not good. This business has had a lot of bad reviews, but I feel someone is putting in the extra effort to do a good job and it's getting noticed. I've ordered twice from here and it has been pretty good. Hot pizza, reasonable service speed and polite people. Keep up the good work guys I know you can turn your reviews for the better. I would've put 5 star but someone put my sauces on top of my pizza, not very sanitary. Overall 9/10 keep doing good you guys!!!
I need to give a shout out to Cerys a manager at this store. I had some really crummy service awhile back and he definitely made a wrong a right. I got one of the best pizza and service from their store today. That’s saying a lot, since I worked for Papa Johns for nine years. He’s a plus, so keep him and he must be an inspiration to the crew, because they were also spot on. Thanks
I did a carry out order, staff was kind and helpful. Pizza was correct.
I had a complaint about the pizza I ordered, and I was literally called within an hour to discuss the problem. I was on the phone with another person and was then sent a text from the manager. I was wrong about my order and they were right. I want to thank the manager of this store for taking the time to reach out to me about the problem, even though is was something that I was at fault for. Thank you. :)
9-3-22 I order a Bowl the Italian one! New Girl made it! NO MEAT what so ever! So I cant reach them by phone! So I go back up there she has WALKED Out! GOOD!!😡
But the poor Manger is Now short an Employee! But it didn't stop him from dropping EVERYTHING and making my order right! 👍🏽👍🏽❣👍🏽❣👍🏽Lately I dont go out alot Since i lost my Daughter! 7-25-22💚👮🏾♀️.
