I recently had the pleasure of being served by Tre a fantastic food worker at Fazoli's. Their warm and friendly demeanor added a delightful touch to my dining experience. Not only did they efficiently handle my order, but their positive attitude also made the visit memorable. Kudos to the excellent customer service!
Had not been to Fazoli’s or this location in several years. We were warmly greeted by the staff as we entered and placed our order. The lunch menu was reasonably priced with several options. The food was brought out quickly and it was hot and fresh. One of the staff, Tre, was especially kind and helped us in getting our tray to the table and wanted to ensure we had a good dining experience.
Tre was extremely helpful and pleasant during my lunch run to this location. The food was fresh and prompt and the customer service was great. Thank you!

Tre waited on us and was great! Everything was perfect and accurate. Meanwhile, he was helping drive-thru and doing other tasks to help his teammates out. I noticed his dedication, because it showed!
Keyiasha is absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me when I didn’t even know what I really wanted to order she helped me out good job on whoever hired her she’s amazing.

An amazing hostess offered some cake because of the wait. She is the reason I'll continue to be a customer. Addition: I really like how wet-naps are included with your order. I even complained about the lack of them at another location well in the past, but I'm really glad this was changed with breadsticks eaten with your hands.
Food was fresh .. I really enjoyed that they were patient even though my order was a little complicated.. great customer service !
