I dont normally eat Pizza Hut. I was out late this week and hungry. The location in Carmel Indiana is nice so i stopped in. I ordered the spinach alfredo pizza it was so good and the service was excellent! SoI went to my neighborhood I live in East Cumberland and I went to Pizza Hut there the restaurant is not so nice on 21st and Post but the food was still good and the service was excellent
The woman on the phone was so personable and sweet. Our delivery Driver was exactly on time and dealt with two very rowdy loud dogs very kindly. Good Job Pizza Hut!!! I hope you get this!
Pizza Hut is not as good as it use to be. Their pan pizza crust is not the best. The breadsticks were just ok, but overall it wasn't too bad.
Best manager ever so nice super helpful. Great service and awesome pizza.
Pizza and wings were great breadsticks on the other hand were hard as a rock you could have batted a ball with them I would like to get a credit for those breadsticks I called that same night to let them know but it did not get a satisfactory answer
Friendly staff, food preparation was correct and decent. Location is getto.
10/10 recommend. hope it stays this way under the new management

in the neighborhood again visiting decided to get a pizza for her and the kids and got us a pizza delivered again. food was 10/10 delivery time was good no issues at all not sure who's managing this location but they definitely need a promotion, definitely better than a lot of other pizza places in the area. it's nice when you spend money you get what you order and it is warm and taste good.

*update* july 3rd, got a pizza last night and it was amazing changed my rating from a one to a five. I vaguely remember a few weeks ago getting a pretty good pizza too. you guys keep that up I'll keep ordering it
Customer service was great. Food was fresh and hot.
Ordered carry out. Was ignored when I arrived. Spoke up and got my order. Cheese sauce is a joke. Pizza was hot and delicious. Will probably order from a different location next time.
Great location. Had an issue with order last week. GM quickly resolved issues and was very pleasant about the whole issue. Employees were great and very friendly. I would recommend this location. Just pick up the order and avoid deliveries.
We ordered dinner from this location yesterday and unfortunately our order was wrong. I understand fast food restaurants aren't going to get our orders correct 100% of the time, so I called and Josh the day manager was extremely friendly and had no issues at all correcting the problem. I would definitely say he went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be ordering from this location in the future.
On a negative note this new ordering system through Pakistan or India sucks. I can never understand the people talking and they always mess up my order.
