Our waitress Brenda rocks!! Kept my mom's cup of decaf full, brought me a full to-go cup of my iced tea without asking .Food came out fast & hot, super yummy.
I work the the area so I come here quite frequently. The staff is always super friendly and make the experience quick and easy. The inside of the building (at Christmas time) is SUPER clean. This is by far my favorite Steak ‘n Shake. The manager is obviously doing something right with his staff and building.
Absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, the food was done in a timely manner while still maintaining the quality of a delicious and hot steak burger. The onion rings were perfect, it’s hard to nail the art of the onion ring but they did it. The milkshake was thick and delicious but not so thick it couldn’t be drinkable through the straw. 5/5 Experience, would do again.
The person that took my order was very efficient. My food was delicious and the fries were hot. I did not get a milkshake, but they have many different kinds and have always been great when I have gotten them. I enjoyed going through the drive thru and the cheeseburger and fries that I got. It didn't even take that long! When I exited I saw that the had picnic tables outside for you to enjoy! How awesome is that! Thoroughly enjoyed this visit!
I've never had a bad meal at Steak and Shake! I'm glad they finally decided to have kiosks where you can order your food! If you're a decent person, you'll clean up your mess at your table! At least throw out your trash!
This location is the best in the area. It is truly amazing how much effort the staff put into their work. The management team here cares for their employees and it really shows and they care for their customer satisfaction. I had a slight problem with my order (nothing bad I was just missing a side of fries) and I came back around and one of the employees completely made it right and upgraded my size to a large. It made my night! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick bite on the cheap!

Quick and reliable service. Aside from being a bit greasey.. overall I look forward to these locations whenever i find one. Cost has went up since I was here 4 years ago but that's expected.

Stopped by for dinner. Kiosks we’re new to me since I have not been to Steak-n-Shake since they had servers in the dining room. Ordering was easy and had a good workflow. It was not very busy, but the staff were making sure the dining room was clean and checked a couple of times while we were there. The food was great and my burger was the best I have had in a while. I loved the crispy, little, diminutive fries and my order came with a ton of them. My daughter loved her burger and her Oreo shake with extra whipped cream and extra (an abundance) cherries was huge and delicious. Overall, a great quiet burger in a very clean and organized restaurant!
