Decent prices, good bar selection, hole-in-the-wall, local, friendly atmosphere. Good bartender service. Limited menu & very slow kitchen service, but good bar food and great tasting burgers. Touch-Tunes music. Friendly Card Games.

This my regular place. I attend the bar at the very least 3-4 nights out of the week. The staff is amazing and approachable. The food is amazing. Not just the staff, but the patrons are great also! Everyone says hello and will make you feel right at home. 100/10

The owner Gary is such a gentleman. He is so respectful to everyone.
Terri (female bar tender) is accurate and always cleaning. She has amazing customer service and always in the mood for a fun time.
Billy (male bar tender) he is so amazing, he was there for me on a really bad night and he doesn’t even know me.
If you want to feel like family, this is the place to go. I have only been here a few times and I already feel like I know everyone!
We all have bad days but this place is a sure to turn it around. The make me feel so welcome. They make me feel so free.
No matter what is going on in the world they are open to help you relax. I really love it here.
They have the best chicken fries you can get. 1,000 times better than Burger King.
The bathrooms are clean and tidy, always have TP and soap. I really respect seeing all workers here washing their hands and tables. They’re doing a fantastic job..
I don’t mind the 23 minutes of travel time to come and have a drink to relax. No matter your color, religion or sexual orientation they will welcome you with open arms hoping they can show you a good time!!!

I really like this place, it's small and comfortable. It's not difficult to make acquaintances and friends. The bartenders and owner are very personable. This is the kind of neighborhood bar/pub that just like the TV sitcom Cheers, everybody knows your name. Kudos to Gary the owner for making Diamond Chips a local neighborhood bar.
This is my favorite local Lawrence hang out. It's my Cheers. Drinks are cheap and food is surprisingly delicious. The owner is a sweetheart. Look hard or you might miss it but don't miss an opportunity to go in and try it.
bartender bill was attentive to customer needs. cook brian was cool came out and was personable. first time here had lots of fun. good food...well the steaks are good. burgers, mini taco basket, salads & their dressing all suck.

Had the best Saturday night with some karaoke and friends. The bartender stole the show. At one point there were two guys dueling Elvis songs.
