I am a regular at this little Ceasars on Shelby & Raymond. My kids & I enjoy their fresh pizza! The staff & managers are always friendly � I always ask for party cut because my son enjoys it better that way & they have no problem with doing it for me � I would definitely recommend this Little Ceasars clean & friendly �
I received great service, great food and what I love the most, it is very clean.
Very friendly staff especially the cashier who was helpful in selecting our food, great tasting, affordable, fast, courteous service, a definite time and money saver.
The guy didn't know what he was doing give my food to the 1st person who came through the door and try to give me someone else food then when he made my food again he had a attitude 😒
I'm not gonna lie, sometimes inthe past they've had bad customer service, but tonite, well last nite now, lol. They were really nice and they were about to close and she still let me get a pizza, even though I didn't have exact change like they wanted and everything. So I appreciated that more than she will ever know. Especially after being at the soccer field all evening. The kids wanted that pizza. Lol. The crew they had working this time was great, and for some reason the pizza tasted thicker, and better. Even the kids said so. So I was very pleased. Thanks nite crew at little Caesars. I appreciate you!! Plus their prices are way better than the one on 31!! If you don't mind the chaos of that area, which is no fault of theirs, then I definitely recommend that store. Save your coin and get the same thing, but better!
Under new management. Trying to fix everything wrong with the employees and location. And having the company fix everything that is wrong with the equipment. The new gm and agm are trying to turn this location around. The phones are now working! If you are an unsatisfied customer please talk to Kay or Chris and they will make it right. The pizzas are now made different than before. And when they are there they go above and beyond for their customers! Just go in and see for yourself on how clean the store is and their customers service is awesome. They went from 12 people to 5! But they still make it happen every day.
Picked up 2 large pizzas on the way to fish last Saturday,smallest little ceaser I've ever seen lol, and they did a great job getting it out pretty fast while they where busy.....
There was a shortage of workers this time, but the pizza was as good as it could be! Only downside was that the pizza portal doors were broken, so there was a line for people to pick up pizzas that were loaded.
Was really busy. Only 2 people working.
Though they were starting to get into their busy time, the store manager made sure we got our orders asap; always smiling and being genuine; even too the new walk-ins. my pizza came out perfact.
Ordered on line for the west Washington st one paid go pick up and it's not there and the girl is shutting down cause she is there all alone. Go to one on Shelby and that guy working there didn't want to hear it. Tried to order food but they wasn't making anything already cleaning up at 9 even though they close at 10.
