Ordered online from Donato's, Was given the run around by several employees and corporate employees that don't care enough about Customer Service.
Went to Papa Johns after and was delivered food before ETA.
My order was on time and was well prepared and presented . So much success in improvements ..👍.🤷🏾♂️ Makes good recommendation
Got a delicious pizza tonight! My six year old said it was the best! Haha. Delivery driver was friendly and arrived in good time. I will definitely order from here again!
Let me start this off and say Kaitlyn was awesome! Hands down best manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any establishment! I had an issue and she personally took care of it and made it right! Honestly the pizza couldn't of been better! Definitel great.
Walked in ordered pizza, dude was cool pizza had nice undercarriage pizza was a solid 7.1
Staff went above and beyond even though they were having a very hard night. I really appreciate them.
4th of July, apparently only 1 staff member there at the time. Food was quick, right, fresh, and good. Especially with only 1 person running everything.
This is the worst establishment I have ever seen! I ordered a pizza with no cheese and they sent me a pizza with cheese! I’ve been trying to contact the store, the corporate office, the customer service department and all they do is place you on hold. Do Not Order from this place.
Update:
The manager at this store made things right. I’d order again as long as she is the manager. I’m changing my 1 star rating to a 4 star based on her due diligence!

Thank you for the Papa bowls. They are keto friend as long as it's with pizza sauce. Not enough restaurants are doing this. And the oven baked chicken wings are amazing too. I can finally eat out guilt free. 👍👍
