We walked in around 6:10 pm got immediately greated and seated by a good hostes. Our server was Trent and he provided excellent service. He was waiting on 3 other tables including ours. He made sure to check in and see if our steaks were to our liking which they were medium and if we were doing ok. Very attentive service. We ordered 2 for $30 8 ounce steaks with mashed potatoes and broccoli, 2 Ceasars salads and 2 pepsi's. The salad and sides were good sized portions. We asked for extra dressing for salads and was not disappointed with the portion cup size they brought out. We were there for a total of an hour. Got our order taken and within 15-20 minutes our food was served hot and fresh. Atmosphere was very quiet and friendly. Definitely 100% better than about a year ago when we visited. I will be back for sure. The price of the meal was well worth the spend in the fact service and food was great. Thank you Trent for all star service!!!
The food was very good, fresh, and came quickly. Their was very little wait and Debra Evans was on her game tonight. She was prompt, checked up on me, and ensured all my needs were met. Im happy i came here, and the military discounts shows you guys care for our Soldiers and Marines. Thank you for caring!!
I ordered chicken wings, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and mac n cheese. The food was delicious, and the customer service was awesome. I loved how the manager helped out when the restaurant was very busy.
A group of friends and I went to this location for libations after a hard day of work. We were properly escorted to our seats which we elected to sit at the bar as we were going to make some noise. Or waiter Josh, a.k.a. Jesus, was our waiter and took extremely good care of us. He makes the best long Allen iced teas that I’ve had at this location. Actually, Yolanda made a nice tea that wasn’t really good, and I sent it back. Josh remade it perfectly. Thanks Josh for your great customer service, your friendly smile, as well as your professionalism. You are a great asset to this location. Shout out to Charles as well. Thanks for making this evening a great one.

Wanda was a great server! All of the staff were very nice. Food was okay...Applebee's used to be better. Restaurant was clean and very relaxing. Overall had a good time.
Normally I wouldn't eat Applebee's but I went with a friend and it was utterly amazing! Best meal I have ever had from Applebee's. I had a chicken skillet and a margarita. There service was too notch and I would definitely eat here again!
I LOVE Applebee’s order curbside service at least once a week. Only had an issue with pickup one time my Oder was clicked off delivered and was given to someone else they quickly remade my order.

Shout out to Nicole our Waitress she was amazing. I tried a new item The southwest chicken bowl.. This bowl was everything i didn't know i needed. It was packed full of flavor and had s nice spicy kick. I couldn't finish it and took the rest to go. I look forward to eating that for breakfast in the morning. My hunny ordered the Appetizer combo. He was about 75% please with his meal due to his favorite part the chicken bites being cold. He ate most and took the rest home as well. My favorite part of going was really to get those delicious Cinnabun bites. Those lil delectable bites of heaven made my soul smile. PLEASE DO NOT EVER TAKE THEm OFF THE MENU. Over the yrs its hard to find a real Cinnabun and the ones at the store or the take home and bake just don't compare, but the ones at Applebee's are spot on in every way. One bite just transformed me back to when i was a kid hanging at the mall and we would always get a cinnabun. I appreciate you guys for the memory and that amazing taste. I will definitely be back 💙
If I'm at home, I go to Castleton or 96th street but many times meet other Nurse Friends at Pendleton Pike Applebee's for appetizers. Staff is always kind and friendly. Atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Fun, easy place to enjoy time with Friends/Family
