Eaten here about 3 times recently, I was a bit shocked by the speedy service in drive thru each time! The last time I expressed concern about ordering the ghost pepper wings being too hot, and the the young people working there were so engaged and pleasant they answered all my questions! They gave me a sample wing to make sure I was okay with the order! Im telling you, you hear a lot about "that other chicken place" and great customer service which is true, but I noticed some great work here at Popeyes. These are the kind of people you want representing your establishment. Thank you Popeyes!
As always the chicken here is great for fast food. Their chicken sandwich is very good, not a cathartic experience as some would have you believe. On occasion the sandwich is also questionable, if the person making it doesn't care. Overall though their chicken puts all other fast food joints to shame. The only place better is Bojangles, which is not anywhere near here, that I'm aware of.
Expect to be greeted by Victoria when you walk in. She's friendly and the right person for the front desk. I'm not familiar with the menu, so I took my time to place my order. That didn't seem to put her out. She gave me my options and side dishes. She was very pleasant with the next customer. I appreciate a happy employee when I eat out. It makes it easy to spend my money. I'm not from here, but I will return and I hope Victoria is on duty! Great service and great chicken!
My friend and I tried placing a very larger order on line, I was having huge issues. I called and forwarned of the large order the young lady that answered couldn't have been more understanding. I get there to have my whole order ready for me ❤️❤️🙏❤️ the crew was so helpful and friendly. THANK YOU 😊
Good food, BUT it's luck of the draw if they have the item in stock and ready for purchase.
I went earlier today and got that 6 pc ghost pepper wings I asked for it fresh and extra crisps and when I tell y’all they delivered !!!! It was fireeee and the customer service was great, loved it highly recommend
We just ate some wonderful food here. The staff were super friendly, and made sure everything in our order was great. They even checked on us while we were eating. Amazing!! The food was delicious!
Hadn't eaten Popeyes in a while. Stopped in here and got lunch. Food was hot and service was quick.
I have to make myself clear I did not give 5 stars for only one reason.... We were missing one item(a chicken sandwich 😭) the thing was that even with that the food was great! It was fresh and all cooked properly. We have a Popeyes close to our home and we have had non stop issues with the food, quality, and the staff as well. This one was so much better! It is almost 15 min away and we have one 5 min away but we will drive to this one from now on!!! The best part was the staff!!! So friendly and the lady who brought out the food was amazing!
We did have to pay at the window and pull up to the door they brought the food out to the car but it only took a moment and it was all fresh and hot

Went to this one after trying to go to another one, which was out of almost everything.
Fast, friendly, and fresh!
